I am comfortable with large dogs (I own a 90 lbs black lab) as well as administering medications and management of high need dogs. I have a fairly flexible work from home job, so while pet sitting I will be with your pets for the majority of the time. My own dogs are all high needs. About: Walked and fed my neighbors dog since I was 13, until I moved out of state. Then got my first dog Maia, who is now 7. She had endometria and has arthritis and I’ve been there for her through sickness and health! Also got my second dog Peanut who is the clumsiest bullmastiff ever! He is 4 now. I’m great with big dogs and small dogs. I served in the army where I have dog sat, dropped in for feedings, walked multiple dogs and house sat for multiple friends and colleagues. I’m currently transitioning from active duty and waiting for my Texas nursing license to transfer to a New York. About: I have owned animals my entire life from cats, lizards to dogs and horses. I worked at a kennel in my high school years taking care of dogs and assisting the owner in grooming. Going on from that I worked in a dog daycare alongside a fear free trainer whilst training my own dog, Lacey who is now 7, doing agility, obedience and other extensive training. Upon graduating I was given the opportunity to train and work alongside a groomer in her own shop, while I did my time with her we also attended groom expo where I took numerous classes including fear free grooming, control and handling, and creative grooming. Due to back issues I stepped away from the grooming scene and into ridding horses. I wonder my own horse for several years, I took a job opportunity with Letchworth Farms caring for both world class eventing horses as well as our trail horses. My time was ended there after a few years due to me becoming a mother to two beautiful kids and from time to time I have worked alongside a local cat shelter assisting in rescues and fostering and also helping foster and rescue dogs from time to time. I also have experience with caring for senior dogs with special needs. I have a very flexible working schedule to be able to accommodate your needs and your dogs at any time!
