We asked Ercilia to call us to see if she was interested in keeping our dogs due to the extra work. She was so kind and was happy to accommodate. She provided communication every day about their well being. Our flight got rescheduled to a later arrival on Christmas Eve and she graciously waited for us to pick them up. We had a friend that was willing to pick them up but she waited for us to pick them up. We highly recommend her services and appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond.”

My dog has stayed there twice now, I know he is comfortable there because of how how he reacts when we arrive, and he never has issues eating or sleeping there(sometimes he struggles with this if he’s stressed while boarding). Alicia sent photo updates and is a clear communicator. The best!!”
