“This is our first time using Rover Drop-in Home Visit option and initially was not reluctant in doing so for many reasons. Ms Katherine right away scheduled a meet up beforehand with us and Chewie, without even us asking for it, before finalising our needs. She right away bonded with Chewie at the same time made us more reluctant in choosing our service option. We are very very fortunate to have Ms. Katherine take care of one of our family member, Chewie. Ms. Katherine made sure our needs are met, and most specially Chewie’s needs and wants. She treated Chewie as her own, going above and beyond expectations. She also communicated as much to keep us updated. Even though we only chose the Drop-In Home service option, we would definitely make her our priority and first choice, if needed, to take care of Chewie both as drop-in visit, boarding, or other care needs. About: Hi ya! I've been a pet owner since I was a little kid. I've been around all different breeds, sizes and ages, and have yet to meet a doggy I didn't like. I currently work remotely in a spacious clean apartment. Although I don't have my own companion at the moment, I am able to spend time assisting others with their pet's needs. I think the most important thing is that these family members feel loved and get the attention they deserve. Thank you! I work from home in a project based job. I can work from anywhere as long as my laptop can come along. It’s just me on my own for most of the day so I have plenty of time to step away and keep an eye on any furry friends. I live in a second story apartment with a small patio. For the most part, pets would remain inside supervised. On walks, this small community has plenty of yardage, away from busy streets and high traffic areas.

I offer calm, patient care—especially for anxious pups—and have experience in training and behavior to ensure happy, well-adjusted pets. I share my space with Loki, my friendly and playful pup who loves making new dog friends. I’m available for walks after 4 PM when it’s cooler outside. I closely supervise play to ensure your pet’s safety. I have a large, comfortable crate for rest, and your pet will receive lots of praise and treats as we train and play together.

About: I have dogs in my own. I also have a cat. I have no problem taking care of other animals as well. I love my furry friends. I have an open schedule throughout the week. I am very interested in watching our furry friends cats and dogs. I also can walk dogs and watch cats as well. I handle basic cleaning (dishes, sweeping/vacuuming, washing bedding, sanitizing surfaces) in the kitchen, living room, and guest bedroom using your own cleaning products. I try to update my Rover calendar daily, but I'm available almost 24/7- the only days I'm not free are when I have other bookings or if I take a day or two off in between bookings. I will never be available on : February 12-14th, June 10th, August 1st, and occasional holidays. I always make sure the pets are somewhere they won't escape if I need to look away from them for more than a few minutes. I ensure that any entrance/exit doors are fully closed and locked. I also check collars for the correct level of tightness (two finger test) before taking dogs on walks outdoors. I always detect pet body language while engaging with them. I try to stay informed about proper pet care. Safety is a top priority for me when house sitting.

About: I have always had an affinity towards animals. I grew up on a ranch with 8 horses, 4 large dogs, and 6 cats. I personally trained every one of them. I have cared for senior dogs, and special needs dogs. I am a stay at home Mom of 16 year old twins, a Neopolitan Mastiff (She took daily Medications for Hip dysplasia), and 2 Scottish Collies. I have had dogs for as long as I can remember. My last dog before these three died of old age in my arms. I love animals and they seem to love me as well. I treat them as family members and will treat your pets the same. If I sound like a good fit then please book a time, day, or weekend/week. If not, then I wish you the best in your hunt for your care taker! I’m home all day everyday with the exception of grocery shopping, medical appointments, or the occasional errand. Pet care has been a daily routine for as long as I can remember. I have always had and have pets. They are an integral part of my life. I take my dogs on multiple daily walks as well as play with them and train them in my yard. I take them to the park as a treat, and they learn to help around the house. Regardless of location all pets under my care are interacted with all day long. If they need medication I have years of experience in giving them medication/shots as needed. If they have medical conditions I remain alert and respond readily as needed. If anything serious happens I am calm and usually able to diffuse any hyperactivity or anxiety amongst the animals.

About: I’ve lived on a farm since I was 11. I’ve taken care of dogs and puppies along with many other animals. I raised multiple litters of newborn puppies and their mothers. I’ve cared for them in many ways. I’ve also worked at a doggy day care and boarding facility and have experience with taking care of many dogs of different sizes and ages. I take night classes and need something that is flexible with my schedule. I already walk dogs and do dog sitting through another app called wag. It’s perfect for me cause I can focus on school without being worried about being tied down to a schedule since I’m able to make my own schedule. I also need more services so I thought doing 2 apps at a time might bring more income. I let them out every 2-4 hours to go potty or as needed or instructed my owner. I feed them based off their eating schedule and how many time a day they eat. I take them out for walks and to play with them outside frequently. If the parent need me to do anything else for their pups I’m more than happy to do so.
