Jessie was great! She got our pup out for walks during the hottest part of the summer and was able to read when our dog was ready to end the walk. Would totally recommend!

About: Hi! I’m Katie, a lifelong animal lover who grew up with cats and now shares life with my two dogs, Ghost and Nox. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me, and I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets. Whether your pet prefers long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’m committed to making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Having experience with both cats and dogs, I’m comfortable caring for different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I believe every pet deserves individualized attention and care, and I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos, so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! 🐾 Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I work full-time remotely from home, which gives me flexibility throughout the day for visits and check-ins, though my availability is best in the early mornings, evenings, and on weekends. As a lifelong animal lover who grew up with cats and now has two dogs of my own, I understand that every pet has unique needs, routines, and personalities. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, litter box maintenance, cuddle time, or simply providing companionship, I’m committed to making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. 🐾❤️ I provide care in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and maintain their normal routine. Whether I’m stopping in for visits or staying overnight, I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), litter box cleaning, and any other specific requests. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality and preferences, whether they enjoy lots of attention and activity or prefer a calmer, quieter approach. I also respect your home, keeping it clean and secure while providing dependable care for your pets. You’ll receive regular updates and photos throughout my visits or stay, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and well cared for. 🐾💕

About: I’ve had animals in my home since I was a child and I’ve always loved being around them. My 4yo Finn is the most gentle giant you could ever meet. He’s basically a nursery dog and gets along with every new friend he meets! My 3yo Lily is my little princess and she loves when new friends love her. She always goes belly up to show she’ll be a best friend for life and will always make your pet feel comfortable first. 🥰 I’m very patient and always loving. I give them my time and undivided attention. Your animals will be showered in love and (with permission) all natural treats that won’t hurt the tummy! I like to spend a lot of time outdoors with my dogs playing fetch and tug so your pups are sure to get their legs stretched! No lazy dogs here!! Lazy dogs are accepted and equally loved and cared for. ❤️ My schedule is constantly changing but it’s very flexible so I put full availability on my calendar. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me! My first priority is always the animals! I have a fenced in backyard for visits and stays at my house. Plenty of space to play. Animals are allowed on furniture. Anywhere as long as they’re comfy and safe. And I follow directions 100% whenever it comes to house-sitting. Some leave detailed instructions, others give verbal instructions. I just like to make sure the pet owner is completely happy and I like to treat their pet as they would be treated any other day in their life. In complete comfort and happiness. 🥰

About: I've been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family for years, and I genuinely love it. I've cared for dogs of all ages — including a senior dog I looked after for a full month while his owners traveled internationally — and cats during weekend trips, checking in regularly for feeding, playtime, and company. As a former project manager, I'm naturally detail-oriented and reliable, so I'll follow your care instructions to the letter. I also work from home, so pets get consistent attention throughout the day, and I'm completely comfortable staying overnight to keep their routine as normal as possible. Whether it's a senior dog needing extra care, a younger pup with energy to burn, or a cat who just wants company, I treat every pet like my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and my schedule is flexible enough that I can work from anywhere. That means I'm not squeezing in a quick visit before rushing off to an office — I'm around throughout the day for feeding times, walks, potty breaks, and playtime. If I'm staying overnight in your home, I can simply bring my work with me and keep my normal routine going while giving your pet consistent attention morning, noon, and night. Pets aren't an interruption to my day — they're part of it. When I'm in a client's home, I follow their routine as closely as possible — feeding schedules, walk times, medications, and any specific instructions they leave me. For overnight stays or boarding, I settle in just like I would in my own home, so pets have consistent company, playtime, and comfort throughout the day and night rather than being left alone for long stretches. For drop-in visits, I make sure each visit covers everything needed — food, water, a bathroom break, and some one-on-one attention — and I check the home to make sure everything is secure before I leave. Regardless of the service, I treat your home and your pet with the same care and respect I'd want for my own, and I'm happy to send photo or text updates so you can relax and enjoy your time away.

About: I was born with a love for animals. Growing up my mom breed Lhasa Apsos. I loved to ride horses and came to love the Australian Shepherd breed. I now raise Aussies here in town and have one litter a year. It has been a joy for my husband, three kids and I to nurture, train, and love sweet puppies in preparation for their new homes. As a flexible stay at home mom, I would love the opportunity to spend some time with your fur baby and be their new best friend!! 🐾 I am very flexible throughout the summer. When school begins I can do drop ins prior to school pick up which is 230. Past that I must be available for sports and extra curricular activities but am open to working something out if special requested. I am open to catering to all types of care requests. Whether it may be walking, jogging, feeding, treats, catch, training, etc. Thank you for entrusting me with your pet and I look forward to meeting with you soon!

About: I’ve lived with dogs my whole life, from medium to large, and lived with and cared for cats for many years. Animal care is a huge passion of mine, which is why I’ve cared for pets for friends, neighbors, and family. I am able to house watch and walk dogs, and care for both elderly and young dogs and cats. I work a part time job, and have time in my weekends and weekdays to care for pets from house watching to walking. We can work out whatever fits into that schedule. I can do extra tasks needed to keep a home maintained and make sure your pets are happy and healthy. Whether that’s chores or medication, specific eating or potty times, and so on.

Caroline has been absolutely perfect to take care of my dog Rory. She was able to come meet her at my place prior to starting her walking visits, and Rory immediately loved her!! She has been caring for Rory twice a week for months now, and I am so glad that I have found someone that I can trust. About: I have had a blue nosed pitbull since I was 8 years old. As many dog owners know pitbulls are very hard to train and take care of. My dog is extremely well trained and is the calmest pitbull I have ever met. Growing up I have been surrounded by many pets and animals in general including mainly ducks, fish, turtles and cats. Animals are my pride and joy and I will always love spending time with them!! I currently work part-time as an esthetician, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability to provide reliable pet care throughout the week. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and love making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company, I’m happy to dedicate my free time to giving pets the attention and care they deserve!! I follow a consistent routine to ensure pets receive the care, structure, and attention they need. My own dog is fed and walked every morning at 7:00 a.m. and every afternoon at 3:00 p.m., which helps maintain her health and a consistent daily schedule. I always make sure she has access to fresh water and pay close attention to her cues when she needs to go outside or needs anything else. I have experience caring for a large, strong pit bull, so I am comfortable handling bigger dogs on walks and can confidently manage them on a leash. My dog was born with nerve damage, so I also have experience adapting care to meet a pet’s individual needs. I encourage safe, appropriate play and exercise to keep her active and healthy while always prioritizing her comfort and well-being. I would provide every pet in my care with the same level of patience, attention, and personalized care.

As of August 2026, there are 1,100 sitters on Rover offering Dog Walking across Limehouse. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Limehouse. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Limehouse.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Limehouse. On Rover:

  • 94% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 100% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
