About: I've taken care of teacup Yorkie to a Great Dane. I love dogs of all sizes. I love learning dogs personalities.i started dog and house sitting when I was 18 years old. I've spent anywhere for 1 night to a month and a half dog sitting. I'm available most of the year. I work from home so I can be with your dog the majority of the day. I'm willing to come meet your pooch and learn everything about how to give them the best possible care I can do it all from taking a walk, to playing catch, to snuggling on the couch. I'm willing to learn anything you want to teach me about your dog. I've also have experience taking care of cats, birds, donkeys, cows, horses, & fish.

You work with me and I work with you! I typically work from 9:30 am to about 5 or 6pm, 5 days a week. I have time either in the morning or after work to drop in on your fur baby(s) My attention is one hundred and ten percent on your fur baby. I am there to do a job and keep them safe, and of course make sure they get the care they deserve!

About: Growing up we always had dogs! From German shepherds to doodles, I’ve had experience in caring for a variety of breeds. I have a 3 month old Golden Retriever puppy, who I’ve taught general commands to, crate trained, potty trained, and manners. I’d love to help you in caring for your fur babies! I offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times, transportation to and from my home if needed. If approved by owner, visits to the park on leashes will be offered. My husband and I recently moved to the Fort Wayne area. I am currently not working and have wide open availability! I can be flexible to accommodate existing routines and schedules for pet care and or house sitting. I have 3 acres of open land for dogs to run. All outside visits whether it’s play time or potty breaks are supervised. Animals are kept on a routine or schedule, as I think this helps reinforce good behavior. My 3 month old Golden Retriever puppy is crate trained and sleeps in his crate overnight. I have experienced in dog training as well.

About: I have taken care of neighbor’s and friend’s dogs and cats since I was around 12 years old. I grew up with 4-5 dogs and cats at a time, as well as reptiles and amphibians. I have four dogs of my own now. I have cared for dogs as small as chihuahuas and as big as Great Danes. I’ve also cared for puppies and kittens, and have helped in the delivery process of nine German shepherd/Pitbull mixes. I fostered several sets of kittens while I was in high school. I did dog obedience and agility with my childhood dogs for 5 years or so when I was younger, and also went to private obedience lessons, so I am confident I can handle and care for any dog. I am a responsible pet owner as I believe in spay/neuter, I train and walk all of my dogs 4-8 days a month, I have a large fenced in backyard for them, and I keep them happy and healthy. I hope all of this will show you that I am the perfect person to care for your fur baby while you are away. I am also a photographer so I can take some pretty cute photos of your babies for you while you are away! I also offer training services outside of this app. I am working to get enough experience training so I can become certified. If you are interested, please let me know! I am currently a stay at home dog mom, so I am available pretty much any time. I will get up as early or stay up as late as needed to care for your pet. Prices explained: House sitting- $200/night. I have had multiple people try to book house sitting jobs with me and then are shocked by the price. The reason for the price being $200/night and so much higher than my check-in and dog walking prices is because I have to factor in drive time, mileage, and gas that it takes me to get to your home in back, as well as trips I will have to make in between to come home and care for my own dogs and to shower and eat as well as the hours I’m spending at your home overnight. I am away from my own home/bed, family, and dogs so I can do a job that requires me to stay somewhere most of the day and overnight to care for living beings. Because of that, I am going to charge a flat rate of $200 that covers the moment I leave my home to when I return after the last day, which includes every night I spend in your home. If you require me to stay in your home overnight for the job, I will not do it for free. Rover also takes 20% of my earnings, so I am actually only making $160/night. If you break it down, say I’m there for around 12 hours for an overnight house sitting job, I’m only making around $13/hour. If you do not require me to stay overnight, my check in and dog walking prices are much more affordable and I can check in several times a day and stay for up to an hour each time. Also, please list each animal in your home on your profile. As many other Rover sitters, I charge per animal. If there is only one dog on your profile, I expect to only be caring for one dog. It is an additional $10 or less per additional dog, depending on which service you book. I have previously talked about how I care for my dogs in my home, but I will not be offering any kind of in home care as two of my dogs are reactive. However, at the client’s home, I can follow any instructions on care down to the very last detail. I can provide your pet with cuddles and playtime if they are comfortable with it. I can walk them as well, for any amount of time or distance. I will meet your needs and your pet’s needs!

About: I have been obsessed with dogs as a child. My parents told me I couldn't get one until I proved I was responsible enough to care for one. After a year of staying on top of the chores and responsibilities my parents gave me. I was finally allowed to go get my puppy and have been involved with dogs ever since! I have now done a 6 week in person dog training course. That came with basic dog first aid and nutrition. If you have any questions feel free to ask! I would love to walk and check in on your pups to make sure they are as happy as can be. When we are not home our youngest pup is in the crate and does great. The older 2 stay in the laundry room and the hall leading to the kitchen with just a gate keeping them in there. They are fed 2 times a day morning and night. They get brushed a lot because of the shedding and they get snuggles on the couch every night. I love training and learning how to train them to do new things.

And our teenage son is here to take your dog on walks (we’re just off the Goshen millrace), play fetch in our back yard, and generally lavish attention on them. We offer seasonal times mostly. This is focused around times when our son is off school in order to give constant care. The adults also have flexible work schedules ensuring plenty of support for the rhythms of pet care. We keep a tidy home where your pet can relax and play. We make every effort to maintain the rhythms (exercise, feeding, etc) that your pet is accustomed to.

This creates more calmness within the pet and less stress. They can be where they are used to.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. My grandma raised and sold dachshunds for as long as I can remember. I helped her a lot growing up, from training them, feeding them, walking them etc. I have experience training puppies and also take care of elderly dogs. About: Note that I am also applying for additional work, so my schedule may be limited to mornings and evenings. I will not be able to house dogs. I can run or walk with any breed and size of dog, I can give dogs their food, water, and any needed medicine (I can also supply pill pouches). I am also a careful driver with a large enough car in case if a dog needs to be taken to a vet, a pet store, or the park. I always keep dogs on leashes and take any standard precautions I can to make sure that a dog does not run away, including always having them on a leash, watching them while they are outside (if there isn't an enclosed space). Like the above note, I’m also applying for additional work. While I am free over the summer, I’m liable to move away between now and the end of August I cannot care for pets within my home due to landlord’s limitations. However, I can handle long walks to get a dog the right amount of exercise. I’m also willing to give medications if necessary. I can also water plants, feed caged animals, etc.
