About: Growing up we always had dogs! From German shepherds to doodles, I’ve had experience in caring for a variety of breeds. I have a 3 month old Golden Retriever puppy, who I’ve taught general commands to, crate trained, potty trained, and manners. I’d love to help you in caring for your fur babies! I offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times, transportation to and from my home if needed. If approved by owner, visits to the park on leashes will be offered. My husband and I recently moved to the Fort Wayne area. I am currently not working and have wide open availability! I can be flexible to accommodate existing routines and schedules for pet care and or house sitting. I have 3 acres of open land for dogs to run. All outside visits whether it’s play time or potty breaks are supervised. Animals are kept on a routine or schedule, as I think this helps reinforce good behavior. My 3 month old Golden Retriever puppy is crate trained and sleeps in his crate overnight. I have experienced in dog training as well.

About: I have been obsessed with dogs as a child. My parents told me I couldn't get one until I proved I was responsible enough to care for one. After a year of staying on top of the chores and responsibilities my parents gave me. I was finally allowed to go get my puppy and have been involved with dogs ever since! I have now done a 6 week in person dog training course. That came with basic dog first aid and nutrition. If you have any questions feel free to ask! I would love to walk and check in on your pups to make sure they are as happy as can be. When we are not home our youngest pup is in the crate and does great. The older 2 stay in the laundry room and the hall leading to the kitchen with just a gate keeping them in there. They are fed 2 times a day morning and night. They get brushed a lot because of the shedding and they get snuggles on the couch every night. I love training and learning how to train them to do new things.

About: I am very caring and will provide a family like atmosphere. I will make sure the best possible care is given, i have been pet sitting since i was 10 years old for family and friends. I have 1 cats currently. I am a mother to a 7 year old boy, a 2 year old boy and have my cousins 7 year old daughter. I have experience with animals with social and separation anxiety . I have dealt with special needs animals as well. I am a huge animal lover and will always make sure that every animal is treated as kindly as possible. I will always make sure you will not being walking in on a mess or a hyper active dog who just wants to play when you would much rather rest after a long day. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. My grandma raised and sold dachshunds for as long as I can remember. I helped her a lot growing up, from training them, feeding them, walking them etc. I have experience training puppies and also take care of elderly dogs. My dog I’ve had since my childhood turned 13 this year she’s super fragile and sweet. I have house sitted for friends and families over the years weather that was dogs or cats or all animals (I took care of horses too). I love all breeds and sizes of dogs, never met a dog I didn’t like. I make my own routine/schedule for work and so I can be pretty flexible as to when and how many times I see or walk your dog. I have a fenced in yard and about an acre of land for them to roam! We live in a good neighborhood and can take them for long walks around the lake! About: I have worked at my local Veterinary Clinic (3yrs) and Humane Society (1.5yrs) and have lots of animal care experience! I have worked with animals of all ages from puppies to seniors, and have experience in administering all medications and maintaining a clean environment! I am currently unemployed but am eager to find a part-time or full time position to utilize my skills and experience. At the moment I am available for walks, sitting, and check-in’s at all hours and any day I may be needed. I love to give fur babes attention, or let them do their own thing if they please! About: Since I was a child I have been around dogs and cats. They are always part of the family not just a pet. All pets will be treated like they are my own and I will give them love and attention. I currently have 3 small dogs that I have raised since puppies. I also have experience with walking and sitting large dogs for family. Whether they are puppies/kittens or senior cats/dogs I will take care of them and treat them with love and care. My days are usually split up between myself and my wife taking care of our dogs. About: I’ve been pet sitting since i was 14, dogs of all sizes and breeds, cats (including the ones with attitude) and rabbits. I started out dog sitting for the family pets and have now gotten recommendations for family friends, neighbors, and a couple people im not even related to. I love animals more than anything and would be happy to share that love with them. I have flexible hours and can make just about every time work and can also work around my work schedule. :) I work part time usually in the mornings so i have lots of time to take care of your animals. About: For as long as I can remember, I have always had an animal in my life. I got a puppy at a young age and cared for him up until the day he passed. Since becoming an adult, I adopted a kitten and continue to care for him. He is now 6 and the light of my life! I have an extremely flexible schedule! About: I have an unconditional love for pets, they are literally the joy to my life. I've always been a pet love, ever since I was younger, I've house sit numerous times for my family, friends, and neighbors'. When your pet comes to my house, they are no longer a stranger, they are family, I will treat them as if they were my own dog Dahlia. I work Monday through Friday from home. I am free for pet drops offs anytime before 7am or after 5pm, I am off every weekend. I have 4 great helpers,who have the love to care for animals just as much as I do. I have a fenced in back yard, we enjoy play time outside .I have four extra helpers, who loves animals just as much as I do. We live in a dog friendly neighborhood, and enjoying going on walks, and cuddling.

About: I have grown up around pets my whole life. Currently I have a small Havanese and a cat, but if it were up to me I would have a-lot more! I have previous experience watching my neighbors Basset hound and Rottweiler for weeks at a time while they were on vacation. This consisted of many walks a day, feeding the dogs, picking up poop out of the yard, and staying the night at their house. I also have pet sit for a family with two Yorkies, a Chihuahua and a bunny. One summer I nannied/ dog sat for a family with a toddler and golden doodle three times a week. One unique experience I have is caring for a blind and deaf elderly dog. I had to watch her while she went to the bathroom, carry her up the stairs, feed her separately from the other dogs, and pick her up when she fell. I believe that I can tackle any challenge and give your pets the best care they deserve! I am currently a student with classes in the mid morning. I could let pets out/ dog walk in the morning before class and I am free in the afternoons and able to stay overnight if needed. I would take into consideration my surroundings in a house before taking my eyes off the animal. I don’t plan on watching animals in my own home so I would trust that the owners provide a safe environment for their pets. I would have a meet and greet with the owner and pets prior to watching them to fully understand what the owner expects of me.

About: I have taken care of neighbor’s and friend’s dogs and cats since I was around 12 years old. I grew up with 4-5 dogs and cats at a time, as well as reptiles and amphibians. I have four dogs of my own now. I have cared for dogs as small as chihuahuas and as big as Great Danes. I’ve also cared for puppies and kittens, and have helped in the delivery process of nine German shepherd/Pitbull mixes. I fostered several sets of kittens while I was in high school. I did dog obedience and agility with my childhood dogs for 5 years or so when I was younger, and also went to private obedience lessons, so I am confident I can handle and care for any dog. I am a responsible pet owner as I believe in spay/neuter, I train and walk all of my dogs 4-8 days a month, I have a large fenced in backyard for them, and I keep them happy and healthy. I hope all of this will show you that I am the perfect person to care for your fur baby while you are away. I am also a photographer so I can take some pretty cute photos of your babies for you while you are away! I also offer training services outside of this app. I am working to get enough experience training so I can become certified. If you are interested, please let me know! I am currently a stay at home dog mom, so I am available pretty much any time. I will get up as early or stay up as late as needed to care for your pet. Prices explained: House sitting- $200/night. I have had multiple people try to book house sitting jobs with me and then are shocked by the price. The reason for the price being $200/night and so much higher than my check-in and dog walking prices is because I have to factor in drive time, mileage, and gas that it takes me to get to your home in back, as well as trips I will have to make in between to come home and care for my own dogs and to shower and eat as well as the hours I’m spending at your home overnight. I am away from my own home/bed, family, and dogs so I can do a job that requires me to stay somewhere most of the day and overnight to care for living beings. Because of that, I am going to charge a flat rate of $200 that covers the moment I leave my home to when I return after the last day, which includes every night I spend in your home. If you require me to stay in your home overnight for the job, I will not do it for free. Rover also takes 20% of my earnings, so I am actually only making $160/night. If you break it down, say I’m there for around 12 hours for an overnight house sitting job, I’m only making around $13/hour. If you do not require me to stay overnight, my check in and dog walking prices are much more affordable and I can check in several times a day and stay for up to an hour each time. Also, please list each animal in your home on your profile. As many other Rover sitters, I charge per animal. If there is only one dog on your profile, I expect to only be caring for one dog. It is an additional $10 or less per additional dog, depending on which service you book. I have previously talked about how I care for my dogs in my home, but I will not be offering any kind of in home care as two of my dogs are reactive. However, at the client’s home, I can follow any instructions on care down to the very last detail. I can provide your pet with cuddles and playtime if they are comfortable with it. I can walk them as well, for any amount of time or distance. I will meet your needs and your pet’s needs!
