About: All my life I’ve grown up around dogs, rabbits, fish, and most recently cats! So I’m no stranger to the cuddly, silly, and sometimes unpredictable behaviors pets can throw your way. I have experience volunteering at the Carroll County Humane Society working in the cat room to socialize kitties, and in the dog area providing them with enrichment activities! As a longtime pet lover and owner I understand that every animal is unique and has their own quirks and personalities, and I’m capable of learning your pet and giving them the best care I can! I always treat my clients homes and pets with care and respect. I’m sure to clean up after myself and the pets. I’m not just a pet sitter I’m also a house sitter so I’m willing to get the mail, take trash out, etc…

About: I have raised my own dog since she was ten weeks old, mentored by my father who has raised three litters of puppies throughout his life. I have also done pet-sitting for friends and family for dogs as small as beagle puppies to as large as a Labrador. I am currently on summer break from graduate school, but I take five- mile walks every morning year-round. As my classes are in the evening, I can fit dog-walking into my schedule in the mornings and early afternoons. I am attentive and responsible for my pets needs, and take pride in ensuring that the animals I care for are happy and healthy. I have a nine-year-old mixed breed dog who enjoys her daily walks and sunbathing on the deck, but does not enjoy the company of other dogs very much.

About: I grew up with animals and currently train horses and look after two cats and a dog. I’ve been cat sitting and dog sitting for people in my life; helping maintain their routines and feel themselves by providing attentive company. Our family dog is pretty unique, so I’m comfortable with quirks. I learn from the animals I work with and bring a lot of respect to the pets I look after and the people who love and know them best. I make my own schedule with work so I am able to adapt my days and hours. Usually, I am in the office Tuesday through Thursday. I care for pets away from my home and farm, as to not disrupt my own critters! I am able to drop in or work from other people’s homes to spend more time with a pet.

Beyond dogs and cats, I have specialized experience with the delicate needs of small animals like rabbits, and would be more than happy to care for pets of any size! I am a recent GW grad and I have a very flexible schedule. Aside from doing occasional tutoring sessions throughout the week, I am home for the majority of the day and have the time to dedicate myself to taking care of your furry friend! When caring for pets in their own space, my primary goal is to maintain their established routine exactly as they know it to minimize anxiety. When a pet stays with me, they are welcomed into a structured, highly supervised, and pet-safe environment designed to feel like a second home. I love all animals and want to make them feel safe in any environment!

Misty provided daily personal notes assuring us everything was going well and photos to make us smile. 😊 Fiona was awesome getting our shy girl to trust her enough to cuddle and snuggle and play. About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs for many years and currently have two senior dogs of my own, so I understand the patience, attention, and consistency pets need to feel comfortable and safe. I have experience with different personalities, energy levels, routines, and the extra care that comes with older dogs. I’m dependable, attentive, and will treat your pets and home with the same care and respect I give my own. I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets while you’re away, and I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and companionship. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of time, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I’m available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and walks on both weekdays and weekends. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and bedtime routines. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, routines, and household rules. I take time to learn each pet’s personality and respect their boundaries, especially with senior, shy, or anxious pets. When staying in a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space, keep the home secure, and provide regular updates so owners can feel comfortable while they’re away.

About: I’ve dog sat for a few family friends and absolutely loved it! I love animals (especially dogs) and would be happy to care for your doggo. I currently work part time but I set my own hours! So evenings or early mornings could definitely work out for me. I also am a college student starting back up in the fall semester of 2025 but my schedule is very flexible. I don’t think I would be able to care for your pets in my current living situation but would be happy to come to you when needed! I love walking and I’d be thrilled to bring a friend along with me (your dog).

About: I have a variety of experience with dogs of every age, breed, and temperament. A few years ago, I cared for my senior dog and helped him with mobility, comfort, and daily medical routines. Now, I’m caring for two young dogs (ages 2 & 3) that I’ve trained myself from when they were puppies. Along with personal experience, I have school-based veterinary training, including first aid, administering medications, and knowledge with health concerns. I also spent a year working as a professional dog walker at a boarding facility to learn professionalism. Overall, I have a mix of compassion, knowledge, and training to give every pet the proper care. I am a student currently, so I’m available anytime from 3pm-10pm on weekdays or anytime from 7am-10pm on the weekends. I give myself a wide range of availability so I am able to take longer visits, multiple walks, and provide more flexibility in scheduling. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I follow their routines exactly, pay close attention to their comfort, and make sure they feel happy. On walks, I use secure leashes and stay attentive at all times. In client homes, I’m careful with doors, gates, and belongings, prioritizing pet safety. My goal is to create a safe, caring environment where I can build trusting relationships with each pet.
