About: Experience volunteering at local cat cafe and caring for friends/family’s pets. Just like dogs, I also look forward to taking my own daily walks! :) I’m the proud mom of 2 cats and I specialize in caring for pets with anxiety. My main job is as a dance teacher, so I only work after school/work ends for our students. This leaves my mornings and mid-days free for walks and furry friends! I am always respectful of clients’ property (and pets of course)! My house currently does not accept pets but I love spending time outside and stopping by to provide needed care.

About: Hello, my name is Maggie! I have been a dog owner of 2 great pups for 10 years now! One of them is 15 years old so I do have experience taking care of older dogs. I have also raised a puppy so I have experience with younger dogs as well. I am so excited to meet a bunch of new pups. I am a recent Bucknell grad and am currently working with AmeriCorps with flexible hours so taking care of your dogs will be first priority. I'll take your dogs on a hike, cuddle at home, on a small walk or anything else! I am very reliable and a huge dog and cat lover. I'm willing to walk your dogs in any kind of weather and give them the love they deserve. I have also grown up with 3 cats so I am extremely comfortable taking care of them as well. I am currently serving with AmeriCorps with flexible full time hours. I am able to stop home at lunch or before and after work to check on your pets! I am comfortable taking your pets out for walks, playing fetch in the backyard, crating dogs, cleaning litter boxes and anything else your pet needs!

About: I’ve been caring for peoples pets since I was 16 and have had a dog ever since I was born. I have grown up with different breeds and sizes of dogs and can handle almost anything. Whether it be a quick pop in for play outdoors or sleepovers I have done it all with a variety of ages of pets and breeds. I have taken care of senior pets that have needed extra attention (ie diapers, meds). My schedule can be a little hectic and not always set to specific times. Some weeks I have more availability than others. I will make it a priority to take care of your fur baby. Pets are part of the family. We cuddle on the couch, go for walks, play fetch until we get tired, and fall asleep watching movies.

About: I cat sit for my neighbor for long periods of time when she goes away. I’ve been an animal owner since the age of 3. Currently I’m in school for nursing but don’t have classes Monday and Wednesday as well as the weekend. Those days I’m hoping to spend time with pets. Caring for pets in my home I will have them on a leash if outside just in case they like to run away. At a clients home I’ll follow the directions to ensure perfect pet care.

About: Large Animal Science graduate, have completed the vet tech, dog grooming, and agility courses at BCAHS. Experience with diverse/exotic animal caretaking rolls, canine cpr certified, lots of experience with difficult dog breeds. My schedule with work is very flexible. Usually I tend to walk my dog for a 1-2 hours a day. It is extremely important that my dog Nala gets exercise each day to make sure she stays happy and healthy. Sometimes I also take my cat on the walks as well (he loves spending time outside with his sister with his harness and leash on!). Weekends have much more flexibility with my schedule. It is extremely important to make sure that any animal feels comfortable in their environment. Giving them the opportunity to take bathroom breaks and keeping pets on their normal schedule is very important. Giving pets access to fresh drinking water, specific foods, and medications as needed is also crucial. Providing proper exercise and mental enrichment only helps to further improve an animal’s experience in their surroundings as well.
