We did a meet and greet in advance, and she was even more hospitable and friendly than we anticipated from the numerous other positive reviews described of her. We felt we would have little to worry about if we left our fur babies in her hands, and to no surprise, our pups had an amazing time. Youjin kept us informed, asked us questions, and showed an immense amount of care and affection. Her patience and willingness to accommodate any situations that arises speaks to the kind-hearted person that she is. She went above and beyond the title of a "dog sitter". Whatever magic she's worked has also kept the doggos calm and peaceful since returning home. We would highly recommend Youjin, as well as let her care for our dogs again! 12/10 exceeded expectations”
