“Melissa was SO great!!! She was so kind and helpful to me and so loving on our dogs - She gave me updates every day with pictures of my dogs and I didn’t have to ask for anything! The best part was she let them sleep wherever in her own house, that was just so accommodating and nice, you don’t always get that level of care and accommodation from other dog sitters! (My dogs are not fans of crates). Highly recommend her and her family. She even gave my dogs her own cheese to give my dog her pill bc I forgot cheese to give her! Amazing and easy experience. I will 100% be using her again!!”

About: Hi! We’re a husband-and-wife team who absolutely love caring for animals. We both work from home, so your pets get plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. We live on a beautiful 4-acre farm with a fenced yard, giving dogs plenty of safe space to stretch their legs, play, and enjoy the outdoors. We also have a comfortable, climate controlled cabin just for the pets where they can relax, nap, and have their own cozy space when they need some downtime. Our goal is to make every pet feel like they’re on their own little vacation not just being boarded. “Andrew and his family took care of our three dogs for a ~10-day period. They were very friendly when we met them to see if our dogs would get along, and took care of them well during the stay. They have three dogs of their own and all six dogs got along just fine. There's a lot of land at Andrew's place (it's a rural setting, with over an acre of fenced-in land I think) and the dogs can run freely. There's even a pool if they want to swim! We had to change our return date twice due to circumstances outside our control, and each time Andrew updated the booking accordingly. Recommended!! I'd highly recommend them if you want your dogs”

I would give Madison a 5 star rating, but she didn’t tell me she would be working from 8:30-5:30 on our final day our and wouldn’t be home until 6:00 pm when I had specifically stated in our app we had to pick them up around 3;00 pm. Plus my dogs would have been kenneled all day with no way to relieve themselves or get water. We had to return a day early because of that. She was great in all other capacities as corresponding, friendliness, respectful, and sending photos. Our dogs seemed happy and even with four other dogs there she handled them all well. If she were to watch and gave a way to let the dogs out in the day, she would have gotten 5 stars!! She also modified our app subtract ting the one day explaining it was on her side the reason for the modification so Rover did refund us that day. We truly appreciated that. We give her 4 STARS as she has a bit of room to spare on working on her times during work outside of the home while caring for other peoples pets.
