About: I have over 10 years of experience with dogs big or small. I’ve had 3 different dogs in my house growing up and have also volunteered at the Sioux Falls humane society. I am currently working full-time and I am on a rotating schedule so I have every other weekend, or Tuesdays and Fridays off. I am available most mornings and evenings. I care for all animals like they are my own. I enjoy giving them all of the love and attention they need. I currently have a 4 year old american bull dog mix, 2 frogs, and 5 fish. I am allergic to cats, so I will love them from afar, if needed I can feed and change litter boxes.

About: Hi, I'm Lori! I have been involved in animal rescue & pet sitting for many years. I've always had pets of my own as far back as I can remember. From simple potty breaks to giving medication, I have experience with just about anything. Senior pets are my weakness, but I'm not picky- I've even sat for a pig! Trusting your pet's care to a stranger can be worrisome, I know from experience. My goal is to provide the care I'd want for my own animals. ❤️ My schedule is flexible! Advance notice is preferred, but I can usually help if something comes up on short notice! Feel free to shoot me a message! About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.

About: We love dogs! Added to our family over the years are dogs, birds, rats, guinea pigs and even chickens. Currently we have two fur babies that are calm and have many dog friends that come to visit. My husband, myself and our children play and walk our dogs everyday. We have watched family members dogs/chickens for years and welcome the opportunity to help other pets too. Our yard is large and fenced in (four foot fence). Your pet will be loved well! Our work schedule has our pets home kenneled for five hours daily. We come home and let them out during that time frame. During the summer we are home all day. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog if needed. I am comfortable with medications and schedules that are important to you. About: I have experience with all types, ages, and sizes of dogs. I also have experience with training and medication deliver for dogs. I currently have a 5 year old small shih tzu, named Lily, and she loves having friends over. We love being outside and playing as much as we can. Your best friend will definitely have a good time hanging out with us. Your dog will receive plenty of attention and love that they deserve. We live close to our family farm so there is plenty of room and wide open space for us to head out there to play. Your dog will definitely have plenty to do hanging out with me and Lily. We would definitely love to have you and your best friend over! My husband, Wyatt, and i teamwork a routine for the dogs! We will make sure that each dog gets the time and attention they need. We both work outside of the house but will always make sure the dogs are taken care of. We take many precautions to keep all dogs safe. We start with slow introductions and making sure everyone is comfortable. We also never leave the dogs together unattended. If we ever do need to step out for a minute, we make sure they are separated and in a safe place. We also make sure all dogs are leashed when outside. While most dogs stay close, we just like to make sure they don’t run off in an unfamiliar neighborhood.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I work from home full time. This gives me the flexibility to be there for your pup throughout the day while still managing my workload responsibly. Your dog will enjoy having someone around to give them attention, playtime, and the personal care they deserve! Working from home makes pet care easy for me to fit in, since I can handle walks, feeding, and playtime during breaks while still giving the pets constant supervision without disrupting my work. I live in a one-bedroom apartment where I can host pets, and I’m also able to provide walks and potty breaks. I’m flexible and always open to clear communication with owners.
