I’m also an active person who enjoys long walks, outdoor time, and making sure dogs get the exercise and enrichment they need. I am a nurse and have lots of days off, right now I work nights so I can always hang out with your pet before or after work, or on one of my many days off! About: I have had pets my entire life, and currently have a dog & cat, both who are friendly with other pets. I am patient, reliable and deeply committed to loving and attentive care. I treat every animal as if they were my own! I’ve been trusted to walk neighbors’ and friends’ dogs and to dog-sit since I was 12, which taught me how to care for different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. This allows me to be very present and flexible during the day when it comes to walking, feeding, playtime, and companionship. Through regular walks, play sessions, or simply keeping your pet company, I’m happy to provide attentive, reliable care. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. I make sure every pet feels comfortable by following their normal routines, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any other house rules. I have a spacious home with plenty of room for pets to relax, play, and feel at ease. The furniture is pet-friendly, allowing well-mannered guests to feel like part of the family rather than confined to a separate space. Outside, pets have access to a large, fully fenced backyard where they can safely explore, exercise, and enjoy supervised outdoor time. I maintain a clean, calm environment and closely supervise pets at all times, especially during play and walks. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and carefully follow all instructions. I double-check doors, leashes, and gates, make sure pets always have fresh water, and monitor behavior closely. I also provide regular updates so you can feel confident your pet is safe and well cared for.

About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life and genuinely enjoy interacting with all kinds of pets. I also have experience volunteering with animal shelters and a Malinois rescue organization, which has given me experience with dogs of different breeds, temperaments, energy levels, and backgrounds. While I definitely consider myself a dog person, I also have experience with cats, horses, chickens, rabbits, and other farm animals. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I’ll treat your pets like I would my own—with patience, affection, attention to their routine, and plenty of love while you’re away. I’m currently working part time. My work schedule varies by week, and I can be available for drop in visits on a case by case basis. During visits, I do my best to keep your pet’s routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I’ll follow your instructions closely for feeding, fresh water, medications if needed, potty breaks, playtime, and any other parts of their normal routine. I’m also happy to spend time giving lots of pets and attention, or simply keeping them company if they’re a little more reserved.

She took great care of our dogs and cats while we were out of town-including taking them on walks, hanging out at the house, and even took the dogs to Red Rock for a hike on a nice day. Our shyest cat who will always hide when people come over was comfortable enough to come out to visit with her, so that says everything in how pets feel about her! She was great at communicating during her visits and keeping us updated on our pets. We will definitely be using Gail when she’s available in the future.”
About: I love dogs more than humans and would treat your dog like my own. I am very active and enjoy going for several walks throughout the day. I also am working part time so I always be available and accommodating for any special requests/needs. I am also a nurse and am familiar with giving medications and would feel comfortable doing so for your pup if needed. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
