They took wonderful care of Poppy during the day while I worked, and I was still able to have her with me overnight, which made the whole trip so much easier. Cassandra was responsive, communicative, and sent great photo updates, which gave me total peace of mind. I highly recommend her for any pet-sitting needs in the Birmingham area especially if you’re traveling between Birmingham and Talladega. Great experience all around!”

They were very accommodating in setting times for Flash and me to meet them and for dropping him off and picking him up. They followed the feeding instructions and made room for his dog bed and toys in their home. I really liked it that they lived in a beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks and that they had a nice fenced in back yard. You can tell they love dogs and it made me happy that Flash was comfortable with them. I recommend them as dog sitters and plan to book with them again!”

About: I have over three years experience of volunteering at a pet clinic, as well as owning everything from a Standard poodle to tea cup Chihuahua! I am a stay at home wife, working primarily from home within Odenville AL. Therefore my schedule is always flexible and open! This also means I will always be with your pup or cat during boarding! I have a fenced in yard, harnesses, and daily walks. We always keep the TV on so they do not feel lonely while we’re at work, along with constant trips to the dog park.

About: Hey there, my name is Holly and I love working with dogs. I have spent the last 10 plus years working with dogs at a local doggie day care facility. While working there I obtained a lot of knowledge and eventually earned a position as a supervisor and managed new hires on how to work dog day care yards. During my time I gained a lot of valuable insight on dog behavior while working in the dog day care yard. I also have owned as many as three dogs at one time. I have hosted several of my friend's dogs for overnight stays along with my own dogs and I would just love the opportunity to give them the best care and love a dog could desire. I have a passion for fur babies and treat them as if they are my own. I have a special relationship with my veterinarian and I have experience in giving dog medication if necessary. I am conveniently located to my personal veterinarian and other veterinarians as well as a emergency vet in the event your fur baby suddenly becomes ill. Having owned numerous dogs over my lifetime I am keenly aware of what it takes to attend to senior dogs. I have a lot of green space in my neighborhood for a comfortable walk on a leash and potty breaks. I am currently retired and available to baby sit your fur baby anytime including weekdays/nights, weekends, and holidays. About: I own a small kennel,Small Paws Kennel, for small to medium sized dogs in Sterrett. I currently have a few empty kennels,to be used for dog boarding and daytime care. Dogs will not be around cats,and will remain away from children if nervous or aggressive. They will be homed in a kennel with plenty of food,water,treats,and an outdoor run of their own. They will not have to interact with other dogs. I have pet sitter in the past,and try to make sure to follow notes about a dog's preference of what makes them nervous,what treats they like,any meds needed,and so forth. I'm currently staying at home to take care of and homeschool my two girls,as well as running a small kennel,so your dog will get plenty of care and attention. I make sure to check on boarded dogs daily,so that they have plenty of fresh water,food,and get a chewbone or treat daily...as well as some petting and attention. I have a small kennel. There are separate indoor kennels,with dog doors that lead out to 4*8 separated runs,so dogs are separate and safe. These runs are surrounded by a larger cattle fence,that fence in all the runs together and allows for a play yard for exercise outside of the runs. That way each dog can get out daily for some play time with toys and a small pool,for hot days.

About: My husband and I have grown up with various dog breeds, different sizes, different ages, & different personalities. And we love them all! I have the position to be with them all day & night. With owner's permission we have a fenced in dog park for them to play and potty! I currently work remote, therefore I am able to be with them throughout the day/night. About: I am an animal lover to my core. I’ve worked with animals throughout my life helping out my neighbors, friends, family, and colleagues. I enjoy taking my own pups to the dog park and throwing a ball and watch them run around! I’m currently in college however 4 out of my five classes are online, that being said, I am unavailable from 2-4 on Monday and Wednesday. But available before or after during those days and available any day of the week. Your pup will get to play with my pups unless specified otherwise. I have a local dog park that I take all my dogs that I sit. With me, you can be sure that your dog is being cared for and I will make sure they’re being watched at all times! I’m currently in school from 1-3pm Mondays and Wednesdays but I am available throughout the week if it’s not during those times! I do not have a fenced in yard but I take my own pups to the dog park, yours are more than welcome to tag along!

About: I am a former Animal Care worker at the GBHS in my hometown. As a staff member, I primarily worked in adoptions and kennels (walking, feeding, socializing, cleaning kennels). I’m also able to administer medicine including oral syringes and pills. I am very educated on puppy health as well. I will make sure to protect young puppies from parvovirus and keep them out of areas that may put them at risk. I can teach puppies basic commands and work on potty training as well. I am also experienced with cats, too. I have a genuine passion and love for all animals so I will be sure to keep your fur babies safe and happy while they are in my care!
