About: I’ve been handling animals ever since I was 13, this includes cats, dogs, and even bunnies! (I had one that I let free roam). Cats and Bigger dogs are always a personal favorite but I truly love animals and even considered going into veterinary sciences! About: I am not as experienced with cats as I am with dogs, but I have had my cat for 3.5 years and Oliver is the best cat and gets along with all my dogs. I have the typical experience with cats, feeding, watering and cleaning the litter box. I haven't had to give my cat any meds at this time, but I am up for the challenge =)

About: I own a small kennel,Small Paws Kennel, for small to medium sized dogs in Sterrett. I currently have a few empty kennels,to be used for dog boarding and daytime care. Dogs will not be around cats,and will remain away from children if nervous or aggressive. They will be homed in a kennel with plenty of food,water,treats,and an outdoor run of their own. They will not have to interact with other dogs. There are separate indoor kennels,with dog doors that lead out to 4*8 separated runs,so dogs are separate and safe. These runs are surrounded by a larger cattle fence,that fence in all the runs together and allows for a play yard for exercise outside of the runs. That way each dog can get out daily for some play time with toys and a small pool,for hot days.

About: I am comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes from my experience in a vet clinic. I know what to look for when a dog is feeling un well or anxious. I have my own dog that is a cocker spaniel and he lives to play! I currently work at a job where I handle multiple dogs at once and I love it! I go on lots of walks and have a big yard to play! I work a part time job and am in college in town. I Am home most of the day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Saturdays are my busy days but am still available to board. Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays are a little more unpredictable w my schedule but I am home by 5 maybe before. I have a large fenced yard and live across from a large dog friendly park/walking trail. About: Hi! I’m a biology major at Jeff State Community College that is obsessed with animals of all kinds. I’ve been surrounded by dogs since the day I was born and became the main caregiver for them when I was about 12. From shy, skittish, and very nervous/anxious dogs with hyper personalities to laid back, not a care in the world, couch potato dogs, no job is too big or small for me and no pup is too difficult. I believe that every dog deserves detailed care that is specifically created to fit their needs. I'm off for the summer and am currently available on all days except Fridays before 12:00 pm. My availability will shift slightly in the fall but I’m more than willing to work with you to make sure your pup still gets the care they need. I strive to create a safe and warm environment for every pup I meet! Jake is a Blue Heeler mix and is very social and compassionate to others. Honey is a Husky mix and still has that playful personality just like a puppy. She is always ready to play! During the school year, I work full-time as a preschool teacher in an early learning center near my home. I will be able to spend all afternoon and night with your furry loved one as soon as I get home from work. There will be plenty of potty breaks during the day because my mom will be able to handle it...she is responsible for giving potty breaks to my furry babies so I know she will do a great job. During the summer, I will be available to give love and attention all day! During potty breaks and times spent outside in the back yard, there will be someone visiting with them. This may be my mom during the day or myself during the afternoons and nights. We will have food offered to them three times a day, unless you prefer another option. I chose to become a sitter because I love visiting with my furry family members and understand what it is like when I need to travel out of town. I worry and I stress about what my babies are going through when I am not there. I would love to be that factor in your life that calms that worry while you are out of town!
About: Growing up I had experience with a lot of types of animals, from cats, dogs, sheep, pigs, cows and horses. In my adult life, I have had a lab mix and have had 4 boxers (3 currently still in the home) and a siamese mixed cat. I learned a lot about dog behavior when I got my first boxer through training, and feel like that has helped me with other dogs too. Two of my current boxers are seniors and they take meds so I am familiar with those types of things and my other one is 8 months old so I am currently also in the puppy phases as well. I do have a full-time job. Evenings and weekends are the best time for me on some days. I often work from home later in the week so I can be flexible those days. I am definitely open to chatting about options. I will keep my calendar up to date based on my availability. If your pups are coming to my house, I have a fenced in yard. I do have a pool, but I go outside with all pups for safety reasons. If your dog loves to swim let me know! I also have a quiet neighborhood for a nice leashed walk. I do have a lot of stairs so if you have a senior dog that has mobility issues my house might not be the best option. If they go out on a leash this would be less of an issue b/c I can take them for a walk out front. I crate my puppy when I am gone, and can crate your dog when/if you would like me too. I would like any special instructions about medications/food/behavior etc that are specific to your pets. I would need any specific instructions for your in home stays with your pets.

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was 6 years old, many of whom had a variety of special needs. I understand the importance of keeping up with a special diet, medications, and schedules. Some of the issues I have experience in maintaining include liver shunt, blindness, diabetes and geriatrics. I also have plenty of experience with pets without special needs. I do both cats and dogs and have some experience with birds and fish. I am available for overnight stays when necessary. I have pets of my own, I walk them on a schedule and I feed them on a schedule. I can do the same for yours! I feel like it's important for pets to have a good routine in their lives. No pets should be allowed outside of fencing without leashing, this is for safety and community adherence to the law. When walking dogs you maintain firm grip on your leash and if riding in a car pets need to be firmly secured or in a carrier.
