About: I have taken care of dogs of every kind from old to young since I was little. I have watched family dogs, and friends dogs both in the comfort of my own home and gone to spend the night at their houses. I’ve also trained my own dogs throughout the years, including potty training, simple commands, and crate training. I am currently working part-time at my job and stay home with my son. I am mainly home except for the weekends. And on the weekends, my husband will be home to help out. I have a fenced in yard and currently only have one dog of my own who is super friendly and very energetic so she will exercise your dog in our front yard. She loves to cuddle and she is crate trained. I also have an extra crate in case dogs need to be created for whatever reason.
“Sarah is amazing! She is very responsive to messages, is very attentive to all of those little instructions we express about our fur babies and- most of all- they love her! Highly recommend!”

About: I've always had a deep love for dogs and treat every pet like family. I have experience caring for puppies, small breeds, large breeds, and giant breeds, including owning Great Danes, so I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I'm patient, dependable, and attentive to each dog's unique needs. I'm available for dog walks, drop-in visits, and puppy care, and I also have experience caring for senior dogs and administering oral medications. My goal is to provide loving, reliable care while keeping your pet's routine as consistent as possible. I'll also send regular photo updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away! I'm primarily available for dog walks, drop-in visits, and puppy care during the mornings through mid-day. I also have some afternoon and weekend availability with advance notice. My schedule is flexible around my other job, and I'll always do my best to accommodate your needs whenever possible. I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect as my own. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, and routines while making sure your pet stays safe, comfortable, and happy. I'll provide plenty of love, attention, fresh water, and regular photo updates so you can feel confident your furry family member is in good hands.
About: I’ve spent over 10 years caring for my family’s dogs, and until recently, I managed a dog boarding facility where I got to spend even more quality time with pups. I’ve since left that job and am now looking to find my fix of animal companionship through caring for dogs(and cats!) in a more personal way. What I truly love is building genuine connections and giving dogs the affection and playtime they deserve. I use gentle techniques to keep dogs happy and engaged, and I’m pet CPR certified. If you want someone who will treat your dog like family and be a caring companion, I’d love to meet you and your furry friend! I currently have great availability! This will ultimately be a part-time gig but for now I have the flexibility! I’d say I simply prefer not to do overnights. I use a fear free approach, as a man, I am often accustomed to letting a pup/animal warm up to me. I tend to follow preferred boundaries for a pet ( for example, let’s say no mouthing, or no jumping to greet), but once I’m established with a pet I like to let them and their quirks come out naturally.
About: I am currently working as a veterinary technician and have extensive pet sitting experience. I have a dog and 3 cats of my own and would love the opportunity to care for your pets as if they were my own! I can care for all sizes of dogs, cats, and other pets. I'm able to medicate, administer insulin or other injections, or anything medical. I'm very good with scared or unsure pets and have a knack for helping them feel more comfortable. I'm happy to spend time with the pets, walking them, playing with them, or just spending time petting them. I have loved and cared for animals since I was young and am hoping to have the opportunity to care for yours as well! I work from home and can be flexible with drops in and walks. I am also free all weekend! I can do drops ins, walks, overnights or medication administration. I will always make sure to follow your preferred schedule and make sure to take care of all needs you have for your pet! We can walk, play, snuggle, whatever they prefer!

Pet sitting fits perfectly into my flexible schedule. I'm currently available full-time and can provide dependable, attentive care. I'll continue balancing pet sitting with my master's program starting in September. I follow each pet's normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. I provide regular walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, and plenty of affection while ensuring a clean, safe environment. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages, so they know their pet is happy and well cared for.
“Emma is fabulous! If you’re looking for a reliable and safe environment for your pet, she’s the one to call. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about dogs and took excellent care of my two labs. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. I’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Kate was an excellent sitter who showered our two kitties with affection while we were traveling abroad. We would absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for a sitter who treats your fur babies like her own.”

“Alyssa and luke are both absolutely AMAZING!!! She accepted the job of watching my little baby kitty less than 24 hours in advance. She texted me with photo updates anytime she went over and had wonderful communication the entire time. This was my first time leaving kitty alone with someone and she made sure to put my mind at ease. I would trust Alyssa or Luke anytime with any of my animals and highly recommend working with them!”

“I can’t thank Brandon enough for taking such good care of my Yam! I booked 3 drop in days and boy was my pup loved and cared for! Even from the meet and greet, I knew Yam was going to be in good hands. Brandon had many questions to get to know Yam, and made sure he was comfortable. Brandon sent many pictures and updates through the app which put my mind at ease while I was away. I would highly recommend Brandon and his services!”

Jake really came through in a pinch! I reached out to him same day…on a Friday and asked if he could do a drop in visit for our dog, Pru, at night! Not only did he do it, he also came over earlier that afternoon to meet Pru. Jake is a sweetheart and is so good with dogs. I recommend him highly. Thank you, Jake. Pru love you❤️

Melissa is an amazing dog sitter! She was everything we could have hoped for while we were out of town and then some. She kept us updated with plenty of photos, videos, and walk updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear our dogs were well cared for and received so much love and attention from Melissa. We came home to two happy doggo’s, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring dog sitter.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
