About: I am a dedicated animal lover with a natural ability to connect well with pets. I currently have a 2 pound chihuahua and have experience fostering, whom I thoroughly enjoyed caring for. I am able to care for dogs in the evening for walks when fur parents may not be available to do so. In addition to fostering, I also connect with cats. A friend's skittish cat feels comfortable enough to move about freely and relax in my presence, which reflects my calm and patient approach to animal care. I am currently looking for a part time gigs in the evenings Monday-Friday starting at 5:30pm. In the weekends I am only able to drop in and check on the fur friend and/or go on a walk with me. If there is a consistent fur friend that needs constant care, i would be opened to that. Before going to someone's home, I would ask what are is okay and not. What the fur friend needs to have a good time. Go on walks, on a small hike. Take to a dog park to socialize. Any specific details that I must know.

Getting their specific needs met is my top priority! I have plenty of time every day to check on your pets, play with them, walk with them, and chill with them. I have availability on Mondays-Sundays for check-ins and walks. I can check on your pets or take them for a walk basically anytime in the morning, afternoon or evening. I do not walk puppies under 1 year old unless they have all of their vaccines up to date. Please message me with any specific questions! When available for overnight pet sitting/longer stays. I would come to your home to patiently greet your pets. I’d pay special attention to how much your pets are eating and drinking. I’ll follow specific instructions from any client as to what they want me to do to care for their pets. If there’s no specific instructions, no worries! I’ll make sure they get playtime, relaxing time, and walks if that’s what your pets like. I can also give baths depending on the temperament of your animals because I want everyone involved to be safe and comfortable. Each time before I leave a client’s home, I clean up their pet’s potty places and make sure the pets are all set for their owner’s arrival.

Sarah was great! Had no issues, and she was able to deal with my excitable dog Echo and the other pets just fine. My super shy kitty Oliver even came out while she was there, which was very surprising since he is so skittish. We came back to a clean house and litterboxes. Love the Rover updates and photos, it was nice to see how the pets were doing and know that they're being taken care of.

Amber provided amazing care for our cat while we were out of town for a few days! We were so relieved our cat warmed up to her right away as he is very picky about who he lets in his space. He has his own way of letting us know if he wants pets or not and she was very good at reading his cues and body language.
