About: My husband and I are furtunate enough to work from home. Along with our adult daughter, we take pleasure in caring for, and showering love on, our furry guests. I began my career as a professional dog trainer/behaviorist in Southern California in 1996. It wasn't until after our move to Las Vegas in 2002 that my business was truly established. However, in 2011, we unexpectedly uprooted and moved to Houston, TX, and found myself heading into a new venture in the dog industry. During our 9 years in Texas, I become involved with other canine endeavors, including competing in AKC Conformation with our Akitas and Whippets and occasionally assisting in breed-specific and all-breed rescue organizations. After moving to northwest Mississippi in August 2020, we decided to continue offering our boarding and pet care services because of how much we enjoy it. In addition to playing with dogs, I have a part-time position in my home, which enables me to give each of our canine guests plenty of attention. My husband works full-time from home and is always available as a backup in case I have to run off to an appointment. Also living in our home are our two young adult daughters, Beth & Rachel. We are all dog lovers who also happen to be "dog-wise". Our own dogs are friendly and well-behaved and enjoy having fur-friends come to visit. Admittedly, we do have a good amount of dogs, but we have established a great routine and, if our fur-guest isn't too sure at first, we have plenty of options in keeping dogs separated until our fur-guest feels comfortable and happy. We have a considerable amount of experience at pairing dogs in appropriate play groups according to size, temperament and activity level. Our home is situated on nearly 2 acres with about a half-acre securely fenced for dogs to play in. Our active guests will have tons of fun outside playing with each other and chasing squirrels, in addition to spending a large portion of the day and all night relaxing inside our home. Our more sedentary guests have plenty of laps, couch space, and dog beds to laze around on. While crates are a useful tool for keeping dogs comfortable and safe, especially during the brief periods nobody is home, rest assured your sweet babies will not be locked in a crate for long periods. We also have extensive experience with many types of animals, such as chickens, goats, donkeys and horses and offer drop-in visits, where we come to your home to feed, exercise, and interact with your pet(s) and/or farm animals. Our fee is "per visit" and is the same regardless of the number of pets/animals. Additionally, I offer house sitting on a case-by-case basis where I spend nights at your home. Again, our "per night" fee is the same regardless of the number and type of pets/animals in your home or on your property. However, a premium may be assessed if the care of livestock is fairly substantial. Currently, we are only serving the areas of Holly Springs, Byhalia, and Red Banks for drop-in visits but are available to drive longer distances for house sitting. Feel free to request more information. We have a securely fenced yard and friendly dogs to keep your dog company during the periods I am working in my home office. Our weekends are typically not very busy, but there are 4 of us available to love and care for your pet. We begin each day with a quick stretch of the legs and a potty break followed by breakfast then playtime outside. Dogs are divided into small groups according to size and play style then rotated between fun time in our fenced yard and relaxing in our home on dog beds and couches. Evenings are often spent playing family games or watching a movie. For bedtime, dogs can sleep in our rooms, on the couch, or in their crate, depending on where they're most comfortable.

About: I have been pet sitting for 6 years, I have experience with pets of all ages and sizes. If you hire me, you can trust that your pet will be getting thoughtful care and mental stimulation. I am currently a full-time pet sitter. I am available to provide around the clock care and will follow any special routine you have for your pets. I will follow special care requests and pet rules you set. I typically let pets on furniture so please be sure to let me know if that's not allowed. Pets will be walked on a secure leash (preferably with harness) unless yard is securely fenced and you say it's okay for them to be off leash. I always make sure the water bowl is clean and full of fresh water. You can expect to come back to a clean home and happy pet.

About: I am a part time vet tech and studying biology to go to Veterinary School. I will care for your babies just like they are my own!❤️ M W F: I am in class 8-10 and 1-2 then typically work 2:15-5:30 T T: I have no class and work 7:45-1. I can still make quality time for your babies! I do live in an apartment but that doesn’t keep me from having fun with pets. I constantly take my dogs on walks or play fetch at the dog park and would do the same for yours! My dogs are friendly and love to have play dates and hangout with other dogs. I keep my dogs stimulated whether that be through training or fun games!

About: Hi, I’m Sydney! I have been caring for my pets as well as other people’s pets for as long as I can remember and have a deep rooted love for dogs and even cats! Growing up there was never a time where my family did not have at least 2-3 dogs in the household. I also have experience working at a dog boarding facility, so I have cared for just about every kind of dog and personality you could come across! I have a Mini Aussie of my own, Sage! I also have personal and professional experience with large dogs! I would LOVE to watch after your fur babies while you are gone and give you a peace of mind knowing they’re safe and loved (while receiving photos of them of course)!! I used to watch pets on Rover but took a break for a while after moving from Oxford, I am back full time now and so excited to meet some new furry faces!! I am able to make just about any routine or days needed work for me! I am able to discuss my work schedule in more detail if/when needed. I do not offer sitting in my own home, due to my Bear not being a friend to all, I would love to do drop in visits or house sit for you! On days I am able to stop in for a couple walks I will be able to come whenever you’d like me to, no matter the time, if an issue arises with timing you will be the first to know! I value the safety of animals more than anything and will stop at nothing to keep your pet safe.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. Growing up I had three dogs, one being a labrador, a golden retriever and a plot hound for 16 years. My three dogs I had since they were puppies till they were seniors one was 21 years old. One was 11 and one was 16 when they passed. Now I have two pit terriers that I have had for three years now. I grew up, always taking care of them. And taking care of my friends and neighbors dogs all throughout the years if they went out of town on a vacation or if they were just gone for the weekend I would visit and take care of them for the time being. I have taken care of a bunch of cats as well, because my friends and family have many. I have a lot of experience with taking dogs on walks especially big dogs. My three dogs were almost all 70 to 80 pounds and I would take all three of them on walks at the same time. I really enjoy being around animals and being able to take care of them. As of right now I am not working so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate almost every day of the week. Time or day that you need depending on your schedule, just let me know and we can definitely work something out. Right now I do live at an apartment which does not allow animals. So the space is not animal friendly at the moment. But I am working on finding a more friendly space.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I have a flexible schedule as I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week leaving the other days available to spend time with your pets. Your pets are always more comfortable in there own home so let me come to them and take care of them while your gone. Currently I have a 3 year old Coton De Tulear and a 8 month old kitten Bandit & Callie. I am open to caring for other animals you may have in your home. I can send you pictures and updates while your away. . In addition to caring for your pets, I can provide additional services such as checking the mail, watering plants, and maintaining cleanliness around your home.

About: I have had pets since I was a child . From fish, turtles, dogs , cats and a guinea pig . I love animals so much. I am currently working part time and I’m usually gone 4-5 hours a day . Other than that I am home pretty much all day. I have a small fenced in yard that would be great for your pet to get a breath of fresh air . And enjoy some play time

About: I love animals. I have been caring for pets for over a little over two years with my mom’s business. I’m able to give shots if needed. I’m willing to pet sit Horses, dogs, cats, and birds. I have two horses, two dogs, and two cats. With taking care of the horses I am also willing to ride them and keep them in shape for you while you are out of town. I’m willing to walk And play with your dogs to keep them happy and get their Energy out. I’m willing to drive to your house 2-4 times a day and take care of the pets as well as stay there if needed to do so. I was staffed in healthcare for multiple years before coming a stay at home mom so I have all the time to show love and attention to your pets daily! I take pride in making sure my clients homes are locked up and secured behind me and while I’m there caring for all the pets.

About: I have taken care of dogs from puppy to adult age. I know just how important it is to have someone you can trust take care of your pet when needed and treat them like their own. I am great at making sure they get the exercise they need and staying on their schedule of food and potty breaks! Plus giving them lots of love! I currently work full time Monday through Thursday and part time on Friday. I am available to do drop ins or walks on Fridays after 12 PM and all weekend! For drop ins, I am able to make sure your dog stays on the right food schedule, potty schedule and make sure they get play time and lots of love. When they potty outside, I can also pickup their waste if you have a place and tools for that. I can also make sure they get put up properly where you keep them. If you have specific instructions on their care, I am great at following those!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 6. I love playing with pets and I’m very responsible when it comes to taking care of them! I’m completely free to take care of dogs anytime you need! I’m a full time college student at the university of memphis and will be doing online this semester so I’m available whenever! I’m a big cuddler and I love to play with animals! I give the best rubbings! I love playing any type of games and also giving them as much play time outside as they want!

About: Back in 2014, I attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology, graduated early with my diploma in Assistance Animal Laboratory Technicians, also with a certification in Purina Mills Animal Care Course. I have done an internship with North Shelby Animal Shelter as well as Bartlett Animal Shelte, where I took stray dogs/ abandoned out for walks and to play. Most of the dogs I encountered with at the shelter were sweet and loving dogs that just need a friend and time to spend with a person. I treated those dogs as my own. I have also intern at University of Tennessee Health and Science Center taking care of rodents, pigs, and other animals. I am someone who is mature, candid and who has integrity. Everyday I work to improve myself and my skills which is part of maturing and becoming better at what I do, this is why I want clients to choose me. I will treat your pets as my own pets. I will love and care for them, as if they where my own.

About: I’ve taken care of all my family pets and my coaches pets when they were out of town. Your pet will be well taken care of. No worries they are in great hands. I’m working part time so I have all the time to pay attention to the specific caring and handling of your prize possessions. I’m available for night calls as well if you want to get away for a while I’m available. I have a lot of things that dogs would love in my home. From various snacks to toys and anything your pet may need I will provide. I keep my training sessions short. Although training classes are often one hour long, that's not the goal for at-home sessions. I also have to Spread training throughout the day, use rewards other than food and I won’t let walks go to waste. I have a dog of my own so I understand the importance of safety and wanting to make sure that your pups are well taken care. Every animal I come in contact with I take exceptional care of them.
