Tricia ensured he had regular exercise and provided regular updates on his health. She correctly administered his food and supplements. I had never seen Oscar so relaxed and comfortable under anyone’s care other than my own. When I arrived for pickup he didn’t want to leave! He grabbed his toys and wanted to play! Tricia was timely and professional. She had his blanket folded and packed as well as his dog bowels cleaned the way I sent them. Jade is awesome. Seamless communication for booking, drop off and pick up. Displayed flexibility for pick up time due to a meeting I forgot about. Sent me pictures and videos of our Goldie playing with their dog Luna. Goldie felt very comfortable and she was definitely well cared for. We will definitely use Jade’s services again
Another happy weekend retreat for my 13 y/o Brussels Griffon mix, Avi. He loves spending time ant her house and I have complete confidence that Cassie cares for my boy as if he were her own, including giving him his 2X daily insulin injections. I highly recommend Cassie.
Maria was super responsive and I really appreciated how much she cared for our boy's wellbeing, as well as making sure he didn't fall into any bad habits that we've been trying to curb at home. Our boy tends to have a bit of anxiety at new homes, but he seemed to have settled in relatively quickly thanks to Maria, and he came home a happy boy!
