My husband and I have opposite schedule so there is somebody here all the time. I grew up on a small farm and have surrounded my self with animals my whole life. I am a nurse by trade and am skilled at caring for small humans and animals alike. I spend a lot of time with my own pets and take every opportunity to spend time with my friends’ pets as well. My husband managed a small rural pet store for many years. He is very knowledgeable on care of all different kinds of animals, and loves them too.

We absolutely love our new friend, Lacey!! I’m so grateful we found her to care for our sweet 6-month-old mini dachshund and little bundle of joy, 🐶 Olive. She went above and beyond, sharing videos and updates throughout the evening, which gave us so much comfort and peace of mind. It was our first time leaving Olive with someone outside of family, and Lacey made the entire experience feel easy and reassuring. Lacey has a great love for and is amazing with all animals. She has been providing top notch animal care for the more than 30 years that I have known her. She has cared for everything from cats and dogs, to horses, pigs and goats, to turtles, bunnies and fish. Lacey will follow your instructions to a T and provide a clean, safe, loving space for your pet when you are away. Lacey has the added perk of being an RN for last twenty-five plus years which means she knows how to keep a cool head and manage any emergency that could arise. Lacey is the most nurturing, caring dog sitter I could ask for! I think my little dog is more excited when I go out of town than she is when I’m home thanks to Lacey. She spends the time not to just make sure my dog “takes care of business,” but she also gives her the love and attention she needs to feel secure while I’m away. She is the BEST!!

Zeitplan
I only work three days per week so I am home more than 50% of the time. Additionally my husband and I work opposite schedules to manage our young teenage daughter’s schedule, so there is always someone here. Our pets are a very prominent part of our lives but we have room in our hears and our home for more.

I have a fully fenced yard and a pet door into the home that is always open. I have one friendly dog, a pig, two cats, and a hedgehog. The pets share our living space and are allowed on the furniture. I am a nurse by trade and am skilled at caring for humans and animals.

I can offer walks around a quiet neighborhood on leash, fetch, and access to a place to run and play in a fully fenced back yard.
