“Laura was an excellent care provider of our dog, Happy! Happy got sick the day after we left town… He developed pancreatitis…The vet thought from the cicadas he had eaten the days before. Laura checked with us and took him to the ER (vet) because she saw blood in his diarrhea. They kept him for two days for IVs, meds, etc. when he started eating, she was able to take him home and took excellent care of him as though he was her own dog. She cooked chicken, and rice to help him start eating again. Her dog, ‘BOO’ watched over Happy also. She kept us informed with videos and texts every day. When we got back home, Happy was clearly feeling well at Laura‘s home and happy being with BOO. Laura keeps a sharp eye on the dogs. We definitely recommend her!!!”

About: I have been around animals since I was a little girl. Being raised on a 160 acre farm that includes.... horses, mules, dogs, cats and goats. I know animals are not just our “pets” but they are our family! I know what it’s like to be away at work or vacation and concerned if your dog is okay. Rest assured they would be in caring hands with me! I love to send photos/updates. I currently work full time Monday-Friday, but I’m available in the evenings (5pm to 9pm) and anytime on the weekends to help care for your doggos! I own my home and live in a subdivision, I do have a backyard but it is currently not fenced in. For this reason I’ve been prioritize more drop in visits for people and staying at your home instead of mine. Although with the right situation/pet, animals are welcome to stay at my home!

I administer meds for dogs and cats if needed. I will treat your animal with love and care. I currently work a full time job. There are so many rugs in this house that I don't care about that if your dog has an accident it is absolutely nothing to me. There is a 1/6 acre of about ten oak and maple trees directly next door for frolicking and my neighbor with her spayed female cat and fixed three year old Shepherd girl to walk over to. If your dog needs a little cooling off, most dogs like cooler conditions, and the five dollar coin op dog wash in Flatwoods

“I can’t say enough good things about Kelsey. We got extremely lucky when finding her. She is a true animal lover and treats your animals with love and compassion. We requested a meet and greet and she was very accommodating and extremely professional. We then hired her for two weeks of let outs 3x a day and she followed all the instructions given for taking care of our dog. She was reliable and showed up on time and went above and beyond to help make sure our dog was not super stressed while we were gone. She didn’t just come in and let him out she actually engaged with our dog by loving on him, sitting with him, and playing ball with him. She also got our mail daily and made sure his water was fresh everyday. She was also cognizant to some changes with our dog’s behavior and alerted us ASAP that he may have an upset tummy. She gladly gave him the medicine we told her to give him and it likely saved him a trip to the vet. She was very willing to adjust the let out times as needed to better take care of our dog too. She even checked on the cats and loved on them which was not asked of her as my brother was stopping in to take care of them. For all of these reasons and more I would highly recommend Kelsey to take care of your furbabies”
