About: I've always lived in a household with cats and dogs & have taken care of pets of all sizes whether it has been for a neighbor, family, or friends. I followed along with my mom during her pet-sitting career for several years growing up and knew this was meant for me too. I love all animals as if they were my own, and take pride in making sure they are clean, fed, and happy! My career in healthcare requires me to be a detailed person with lots of love and care to share, which definitely flows into my love for animals, too. My career also allows me to have more free time available for spoiling fur babies! For the last 6 years, I have spent much of my free time volunteering with local animal shelters in Maryland and Pennsylvania to bathe, walk, and feed both dogs & cats. I would love to share my love with your fur babies as well and make sure they are well taken care of. I work 3 days a week as a full-time healthcare worker, so I have 4 days in every week available for your loved ones! My odd hours also mean I have very flexible availability. I tend to follow what fur moms & dads request; they are your babies after all! Pets also love routine and repeated habits, so that's what I strive for. I am a very open line of communication so there will be no need to worry about the quality of your pets' care.

About: I have helped raise pets with my family for most of my life, taking on more responsibility as I got older. I have helped family members take care of their dogs when they are away, taking them on walks and making sure they are fed on their regular schedule. I make sure that they get enough exercise to be tired out, but not exhausted. My family mostly had cats, and I have learned to interact with them on their terms, following their lead for the toys they want to play with, the treats they like, when they are fed, and how much and when they would like affection. While my availability is limited to after typical work hours on weekdays, due to my regular job, I have almost full availability on Saturday and am available Sunday afternoon. Please note that I cannot use my phone from 7:40 to 3 on weekdays, except from 11:00 - 11:44 and 12:40 - 1:20. I will get back to you as promptly as possible. I make sure that my cat is fed daily, monitoring her feeder and water fountain to make sure they are full and clean. Kitty litter is emptied once per week and scooped about every other day, since she has 2 boxes. The doors are always closed in my house and I would make sure they are closed in my client's house as well. When watching amily dogs, they are never off-leash unless it is in an enclosed area. Occasionally in my house, I have the interior door open, but the screen door closed, so my cat can experience the outside safely. I make sure any string based toys or any choking hazards are up out of the way, so my cat and client's pets can't get tangled up in them.

I can ensure that you and your pet will look forward to booking with me again. I work in an office in midtown Manhattan from 9-5 Monday-Friday, besides that I'm generally available to give the rest of my evening to other things, considering I have no commitments for my internship outside the office. How I care for other pets completely depends on the animal I'm looking after. Making sure to reciprocate whatever the dog is showing is the priority in most cases.

I love dogs and as I think cats are cute, I am allergic and unfortunately cannot watch them. I love dogs of all sizes and ages! I love boys or girls! I enjoy going on car rides and checking out new areas for the pups to take a walk. I have had dogs my whole life. I currently have a pittie/lab mix and his name is Bentley. He loves to cuddle, play with other dogs, and is sweet as can be! I currently work full time hybrid. I work from home tuesdays and Friday’s and off on weekends. These are the best days for me to have a dog with me since I’m home. I work a 8-4 job. I care for them by spending time, making sure they are fed, walked, and loved on. I have my dog who enjoys chilling or playing with the dogs depending on what the other dog prefers. Pet care fits with my routine as I am hybrid for work and only live 10 mins away from my job. It is easy for me to run home over lunch to check on the dog I’m watching or if close by take out. I make time to spend with the dog I am watching and that they feel comfortable in my home. While dogs are in my home, I treat them like my own. They are able to sleep with me, be on furniture, etc. I take them for walks to get exercise. With parent permission I make ice cream treats (blueberries & Greek yogurt frozen together) and give them to the dog. I make sure they feel comfortable, are fed and have plenty of water. If a parent would like me to administer meds or give a bath, I am happy to do so!
