About: I am a patient, animal-loving sitter. Comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages, I have experience training and offering positive reinforcement for my own dogs as well as my friends and neighbors. I have rescued 3 hospice dogs, and am comfortable and confident caring for senior dog and those who need medications or physical assisance, including deaf and blind dogs. I'm known in my neighborhood as the woman to call when a dog is loose or a stray is in the area and I have connections at multiple rescue organizations! I'm currently working remotely in 9-5 setting, which limits my flexibility somewhat. However, as a pet parent myself, I understand the need to maintain routine for your pet, especially in your absence, so I’m happy to work with you to keep your pet as comfortable as possible. I will look to you for understanding the limitations of your comfort with your pet, and will follow your instructions to a T! In your home, I will be respectful of any rules and restrictions. On walks, unless notified, I will provide positive reinforcement and stay on leash and avoid meeting all strangers and other animals.

About: Hi, Meghan here, I have always been a dog-lover, and currently have a lovable fluffy husky. I live in Oakland with my mom, a fellow dog-lover! I allow our furry friends on the couch, but can also work on furniture-boundaries if your pooch isn't allowed on furniture at your own home. I work from home, so I'll be home most of the day during the weekdays. The longest your pup will be home alone (with my pups) is around 5 hours. I am comfortable with big dogs. I can give medications, and can brush your pooch as well! Here's a little about us: Meghan has been a dog-lover since birth. She grew up with dogs of all shapes and sizes. My experience administering medication We are comfortable administering oral medication. **We do have a Potty Clause. We understand accidents happen, and are very forgiving, as pups are often excited and can't help themselves at first. However, we have occasionally had extreme repeat offenders. We take dogs on the basis that they are potty trained. If we feel there are an excessive number of indoor incidents, we will let you know, and ask for a $10 additional fee (per week, or fraction thereof), to cover the cost of laundry and cleaning supplies.** Thanks! I work from home so your pup will hang out with me and Winston at home, join us on walks, and get to spend the day with us! I have a fenced yard. Security gate at my back door means fresh air without escape opportunity. We're working on installing a dog door, so that should happen later this year!

About: I have taken care of family friends, neighbors' pets since I was 15. I have also had my senior dog for 17 years and we have learned a lot together. He has shown me how to be patient and care for a senior dog as they require a lot of patience and care but he has given me unconditional love that is priceless. I have a front and back yard available. About: I've had cats and dogs my whole life, and have helped train puppies as young as 8 weeks old to be ready for adult doghood. I have administered deworming medication, washed dogs numerous times, and love making sure pups are living life to the fullest. I also love being active for high-energy dogs and taking them on walks all around Oakland, exploring different trails, parks, and neighborhoods. I’ve taken care of cats and dogs young and old, and show each of them love, care, and patience as if they were my own. I am opening my home as well as my heart to boarding a small dog (female). I would like to accommodate in the weekends and would be willing to take your dogs out for coffee or brunch.
