“Leslie was so wonderful to my babies. I cannot praise her enough! She helped me when I was in a bind which will not be forgotten. She took pictures of her playing with them with frequent updates, as well. She is definitely worth 5 stars. If there was 6 stars, she would get them!”

About: From time to time for the past 3 years I have taken proper care of my family’s pets outside my home but I can confidently say that I’ve been taken care of my own pets for my whole life! There hasn’t been one day that’s gone by where I haven’t taken care of them somehow. I’ve naturally grown the knowledge over the years how to properly care for small and large dogs and of course, cats! Right now I am temporarily working a part-time job, I am usually scheduled early in the mornings or evenings. I have to work around my job schedule which changes every week but I know my work schedule 2 weeks in advance. I have experience with scheduled feedings twice a day for dogs, daily feeding for cats, giving fresh water everyday, switching dogs and letting them outside throughout the entire day. I have experience with kennels for my own dogs sleep in their kennels. I have lots of experience with dogs that have to stay separated from one another due to dog fights, (my pets don’t like each other). I also have experience dog walking, playing and being able to identify changes in their well-being. I perform all these duties everyday with my own dogs and have experience doing so outside of my home. I take care of dogs that aren’t mine like my own according to the customers needs.

“Danielle was very compassion and caring with my little pup! She follows instructions very well and is easy to communicate with! Will be reaching out again to have her visit my pup! Thank you!”

About: I have had dogs for the last 10 years. Big and small I love to play and make sure all their needs are accommodated so they are happy tail waggers at the end of the day. I work full time however have plenty of time in the after noon to be able to care for your pets after 630pm. I also am free on Tuesdays and Sundays and Saturdays before 2 and after 630pm. I have a fenced yard giving your pet the room to run in and I can also easily crate your dog if needed. I do have a fur baby myself who loves to meet new friends so they can be buds.

“Our cat really seem to enjoy having someone stop in and visit with him while we were out of town with family. Julie was very respectful of our home, always made sure our house was locked/alarmed when she left after the visit and treated our fur baby really well. She's very nice, a good communicator and was accommodating, not that we asked for a lot. She also agreed to water my plants on one of the visits during the week that we were gone. We even got adorable pictures of our cat on our Rover cards during her visits. We had a really reassuring experience having her as our pet sitter. We highly recommend her and will absolutely be contacting her for our next trip out of town.”

“Sarah did a great job with taking care of my pets. She followed all the instructions and really cared for them. She is dependable and very caring. So glad she is a rover for me and my pets!”

“I was first time user for this type of service and I'm really happy that my cat Lucy was visited by Joel. He was very good in following my instructions I left for him and he was professional. I will definitely us this service again. I just hope I can get Joel again because it would be nice to have a familiar face for Lucy's visits. Thanks Joel!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me for years to walk, feed, bathe, and provide loving attention to their pets, whether for a quick visit or extended stays. I’ve worked at PetSmart and Ulta. I currently run a pet sitting and dog walking business called The Pet Nannies, where we also administer medications and offer overnight care when needed. I’ve completed animal behavior trainings through One Albuquerque’s volunteer program, including safe chemical handling, cat and dog behavior, and fraidy cat training. I’m dependable, compassionate, and prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety. I’m in the process of leaving my full-time job so I can focus on school, I'm studying wildlife conservation, and support myself by doing something I love: taking care of animals! I’ve got plenty of flexibility during the week and weekends for walks, drop-ins, boarding, or house sitting. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I’m excited to make it my main focus while I work toward my degree. I have a quiet, smoke-free home with two friendly cats and no kids or dogs—perfect for pets who prefer a calmer space. I also have a fenced-in backyard where your pup can play fetch, sunbathe, or just relax on the patio furniture while getting some love. I'm active and happy to take your dog (or adventurous cat!) on walks or runs. Whether in your home or mine, I’ll follow your pet’s routine closely and make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for.

About: I've had dogs in my care since I was a little girl. From the puppy years to when they cross the rainbow bridge. I've had chihuahuas, cocker spaniels and my personal favorite pit bulls. Currently my pitty is named Sandy and we just love her so, especially when she smiles and tap dances! Most dogs that cross my path usually take on to my spirit and know I'm their friend! I'm an animal person through and through, they're such great companions and therapy! I'm currently self employed with a flexible schedule, as I make my own hours. I do have kids that are still in school but can be creative as far as schedules go I have experience with rabbits, hamsters, horses and ferrets. I currently have 2 cats and a dog, who oddly enough, have to separate my cats from time to time as our kitty can be jealous of my senior cat. Where as my pitty could care less than to get involved in their drama.. they all roam free but aren't allowed on furniture. But we give in from time to time Although your way may be different, and that's fine too, I can follow instructions

About: I am caring and compassionate with all animals. I have administered medicine to dogs I believe they need attention by talking and petting them. I believe in re enforcement of good behavior I have fenced in yard I am retired and home every day. If for some reason I can’t be available I will post on my calendar When I am and not available I am very attentive to my pets, Sophie has lots of energy so I play with her One on one and also tossing her a small squeaky ball

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a small child. I have worked in the pet care industry since I was 18 years old and currently work in Emergency Veterinary Medicine. I have a lot for pets and understand how important they are to us as people. I’m looking to meet some new four legged friends and make an little extra income when I can. I have myself a 4 year old Male/Neutured Staffordshire Terrier and a 9 year old Golden/Rottwieler Mix. My Rotti doesn’t come on adventures but if you are looking for playdates, my Staffy loves making friends! My schedule is varied, I care for my human family, my own fur babies and reptiles, while working full time in Emergency Veterinary Care. I do work 12 hour shifts 3 nights a week. Caring for your companion would be an important part of my schedule and I am willing to commit to the very important responsibility of walking, feeding, and spending time with your pets. Paying attention to details on how the pet parent already does things and trying to maintain a similar routine in walks, commands, or activities. It reinforces any training already in place, avoids any confusion or frustration on the pets side, and builds a better relationship between myself and the pets to help reduce any anxiety that comes with a new person around.

About: I have one dog that absolutely adores me. Have a great rapore with dogs, they search me out in public. I am patient and loving and am known as the "puperoni lady". I have a doggie door and good sized yard. Play time is essential. I have had dogs all my life. I love giving attention and don't mind if they like being on the furniture or bed. My husband is also an animal lover. We always socialize our babies with travels and they are well behaved. We bath our dogs every two weeks. I look forward to meeting with you and your fur baby and will treat them as my own fur baby. I spend lots of time playing and interacting with my babies, talking with them and they vocalize excitement. They are well socialized as we take them everywhere. Dogs are allowed on furnitue and on the bed with us. We have lots of dog beds and toys for your babies to play with. Unfortunately, during a meet and greet, my Duchess suffered a brutal unprovoked attack from a "friendly" pitbull so I choose not to accept bullie breeds. I am retired, so home most of the time. Lots of toys and things to keep them busy. Play outside with babies. Large back yard. I have a fenced back yard and one friendly pup, recently lost our Scooter to the Rainbow Bridge. Grass and trees for shade. Would prefer having dogs in my home, instead of yours.

Patricia M.
“Patricia genuinely loves dogs! She is reliable and her hours are very flexible now that she is retired. She is also very sensitive to their needs and wants. When I asked if she would watch my Trixie for a week, before she started her business, she asked me to take her over for short visits so they could get used to each other. That alone tells you how seriously she takes their well being! While I was gone, she would send me videos of Trixie to show me how she was doing. She will love your pets as her own!! I strongly recommend Pat!”

Tatiana H.
“Tatiana took care of my 17 year old short hair part Siamese cat, with kidney failure, doing an outstanding job of keeping her on her prescription diet giving her treats by hand. She also helped to care for my 10 year old Boxer Pit Bull mix, quickly making friends with him although he is very shy. Tatiana was able to make instant friends with him and did an exemplary job of ensuring he was fed and given his heart worm medication. Thank you for the amazing care of my beloved fur babies.”

Bonni J N.Star Sitter
“Linda and I have known Bonni since 1989. At that time she did not have a dog but we did. She did watch our dog and cat a few times when we traveled. Later on we got another dog which absolutely loved Bonni, so much in fact that we referred to it as Bonni's dog. It recognized the sound of Bonni's truck when she came to the house and would start crying in anticipation of Bonni coming into the house. We were forgotten until Bonni left at which point the dog was ours again. Bonni was a hot air balloonist and we traveled all over New Mexico with her to various balloon meets. She always had a package of Pupperonis in the track and would make friends with any dog she saw and would give them one of the snacks if the dog owner agreed. Bonni finally got her own dog which eventually passed away and then she rescued a stray. We are not at all surprised that Bonni decided to do something like this. She never met a dog that she didn't like and every dog that met her also liked her.”
