About: I know how much you love your pet and how hard it is to leave him/her with someone you trust. I’m the same way. I decided to join Rover when I had to leave my pup, and my family wasn't available to care for her. I found someone who ended up being a lifesaver, and I wanted to help in the same way. I have a large home with a huge fenced-in yard and a Golden who loves to play. She's one of the reasons I joined. She's happiest when she has fur friends over and has never met a pup she doesn't like. Our home has a doggy door that leads into our large fenced-in yard, allowing your pup to go to the bathroom, go out and play, lie outside, and even sunbathe on the deck. It's completely up to them, and they can enjoy being outside whenever they want. I am happy to text and/or email with you as much as you would like, with lots of photos & videos – giving you peace of mind knowing your furbaby is not only safe, but they're having just as wonderful a time as you are.

About: Being a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I focus on keeping dogs comfortable, safe, and feeling at home while you’re away. I genuinely love dogs and already take care of one of my own, so I’m used to daily walks, feeding schedules, and giving them attention and consistency. What sets me apart is that I don’t just “watch” dog, I care for them like they’re part of my own household, because I already live that way with my own pet. I run a real estate company, but most of my work is done on my computer so I’m home and available throughout the day. I occasionally step out for short periods, usually about an hour or less, but I’m generally around and able to give pets attention, care, and consistency. I care for my own dog daily, and he’s older so I’m used to giving extra attention and following a care routine. I handle his eye drops and medication, and I’m very attentive to his needs like feeding times and when he wants to go outside. He’s well trained, but more importantly I’m used to being observant and consistent with him. Because of that experience, I’m comfortable adapting to any dog’s routine and following specific instructions to make sure they’re cared for exactly how their owner prefers.

About: I worked as a dog walker and sitter for 3 years and had my own dog for 16. I’m comfortable with different temperaments, follow routines closely, and pay attention to behavior so things stay consistent and dogs feel settled. I work from home full-time, so I’m around throughout the day. I do teach yoga a few times a week, which takes me away for 2–3 hours at a time. Otherwise, I’m home and present with the dog. I’m in a single-family home with a large (partially fenced) backyard, though I prefer getting dogs out on walks rather than relying on the yard. I live near the Bentonville trails and greenway, so that’s where we go for longer walks - usually in search of the best sniffing spots. No other pets or children in the home. It’s a quiet, non-smoking space. Windows are usually open for fresh air, and there’s a big floor-to-ceiling window where dogs can hang out and watch the calm, quiet street. I’m flexible between sitting at my place or yours, and I can accommodate a crate if needed.
