I decided to join Rover when I had to leave my pup, and my family wasn't available to care for her. I found someone who ended up being a lifesaver, and I wanted to help in the same way. I have a large home with a huge fenced-in yard and a Golden who loves to play. She's one of the reasons I joined. She's happiest when she has fur friends over and has never met a pup she doesn't like. Our home has a doggy door that leads into our large fenced-in yard, allowing your pup to go to the bathroom, go out and play, lie outside, and even sunbathe on the deck. It's completely up to them, and they can enjoy being outside whenever they want. I am happy to text and/or email with you as much as you would like, with lots of photos & videos – giving you peace of mind knowing your furbaby is not only safe, but they're having just as wonderful a time as you are.

About: I have experience working with pets of all shapes and sizes, from cats and dogs, to fish and lizards! I own two cats that I have raised since they were kittens. I have also raised my bearded dragon since she was a hatchling, and have kept aquariums in the past. I have pet-sit for diabetic animals, exotic pets, senior pets, and pets with dietary restrictions. I am comfortable with every animal and strive to go the extra mile for your pets care— whether that be delivering medicines or taking them out for extra bathroom breaks! I offer the same services you provide to your pet. If you need your pet in a crate, I am comfortable doing so! If your pet eats a special diet, let me know and I will do my best to replicate your dish for your animal! I always strive to leave your home better than you left it, and always clean up your pets' accidents ASAP! Part of my services will include a plethora of photos and videos of your pets. I believe that this helps ensure trust and build accountability. I know I miss my pets when I am away, so I always do my best to keep clients in the loop about what their pets and I are up to while they are away - on a walk, going on a potty break, playing inside, having a treat, etc. Security is incredibly important to me too. I will never leave your home unlocked, even if your pet and I are only stepping out for a short walk. If you have home alarm systems, I would be more than happy to arm those before I leave as well. I always communicate with clients before my stay about how to secure their households and how I will return any keys as necessary after the duration of my services.

I grew up with dogs and have almost always lived in a home with three or more at a time, so caring for multiple dogs with different personalities, ages, energy levels, and needs is second nature to me. Over the years, I’ve cared for my own dogs as well as pets belonging to friends and family. I’m comfortable with puppies, high-energy dogs, seniors, larger breeds, feeding schedules, walks, medications, basic grooming, and maintaining the routines dogs are used to at home. Having a multi-dog household has also taught me how important it is to pay attention to each dog individually—reading their body language, managing introductions, giving them space when needed, and making sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. When your dog stays with me, I want them to feel like they’re staying in a home, not a boarding facility. I’m happy to follow their normal routine and provide plenty of photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing they’re being well cared for. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine since I have dogs of my own. I’m currently able to offer a flexible schedule throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends. I’m home frequently, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. I’m also happy to work around your dog’s normal feeding, exercise, and sleep schedule. I have a dog-friendly home with a fenced yard and plenty of room for dogs to play, relax, and feel comfortable. About: Being a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I focus on keeping dogs comfortable, safe, and feeling at home while you’re away. I genuinely love dogs and already take care of one of my own, so I’m used to daily walks, feeding schedules, and giving them attention and consistency. What sets me apart is that I don’t just “watch” dog, I care for them like they’re part of my own household, because I already live that way with my own pet. I run a real estate company, but most of my work is done on my computer so I’m home and available throughout the day. I occasionally step out for short periods, usually about an hour or less, but I’m generally around and able to give pets attention, care, and consistency. I care for my own dog daily, and he’s older so I’m used to giving extra attention and following a care routine. I handle his eye drops and medication, and I’m very attentive to his needs like feeding times and when he wants to go outside. He’s well trained, but more importantly I’m used to being observant and consistent with him. Because of that experience, I’m comfortable adapting to any dog’s routine and following specific instructions to make sure they’re cared for exactly how their owner prefers.

About: I got a puppy when I was 3 and I’ve been caring for dogs ever since! Friends and neighbors have always trusted their pets in my care and the pets all love me too! I’m a homemaker who is home with my dog all the time. We would love some more furry friends to have fun with us. I have open availability and flexibility with my schedule. I have a fenced in area for the dogs and also lots of space to walk and get exercise. I have a friendly dog to keep your dog company. I can also easily crate the dogs if needed.

About: Hey there! My name is Sam and I just moved to Arkansas from Texas! A little about me, I am a mental health therapist and primarily see clients online at this point in my career! I have been an animal lover my entire life. There hasn't been a time in my life where I haven't had an animal living with me (except my freshman year in college, but it was probably better that way!) I started by dog/cat sitting for family and friends back in Texas and that has grown into a side business that I want to bring to Arkansas. I’ve watched all kinds of pets: dogs, cats, fish, bearded dragon, ferrets, bunnies, horses, donkeys, goats, and more! I now only have one cat, Millie, who loves me and pretty much no one else. I miss having pups in my life and don't know a whole lot of people in Arkansas yet so I figured this would be a great way to connect and love on some animals! I hope to hear from you soon! My schedule is mostly consistent from week to week but I work odd hours and times. I work from home so I would be available all day! If I’m watching your pup at my home, I have an entirely enclosed fence so they would get plenty of outdoor/run time. Your pup would have to get along with cats, however mine will typically stay away if she knows someone or something else is in the house!

We made a last minute decision not to travel with our dogs and she was willing to come do a meet and greet and accepted the job very last minute, thankfully! She stayed at our home and made our sudden trip away for a family funeral much less stressful because we knew our dogs were in good hands. We have an older dog and a middle aged dog with potty issues, especially when routines change at home. Aubree was patient and willing to clean up after them and I’m so grateful for that extra work and effort. She also sent us pupdates while we were away and pictures!
