About: Hi! My name is Allison, and I’m a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I currently have a full house with 4 dogs and 2 cats so I’m very comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and care routines. I also spent 3 years working in the veterinary field, which gave me valuable experience recognizing health concerns, administering basic care, and understanding animal behavior. Whether it’s playtime, walks, feeding schedules, or just giving your pets extra love and attention, I treat every animal like they’re my own. I currently work as a 911 dispatcher, so I’m used to managing a structured but sometimes fast-paced schedule. I plan my pet sitting visits around my shifts, which allows me to stay organized and committed to each pet’s routine. Since I care for my own 4 dogs, 2 cats, and a horse daily, feeding, exercise, and attention are already built into my routine. Adding client pets into that schedule feels seamless, and I make sure each one gets reliable, consistent care and plenty of attention. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I provide drop-in visits that include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of attention based on each pet’s needs and energy level. I take the time to follow all instructions closely whether that’s specific feeding schedules, medications, or preferred routines, so your pet feels comfortable and secure while you’re away. I also make sure your home is respected and kept tidy, bringing in mail, adjusting lights, and ensuring everything is secure. With my background in the veterinary field and experience caring for multiple animals of my own, I’m attentive to behavior changes and overall well-being, so you can feel confident your pet is in safe, capable hands.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I have experience with diabetic dogs. Dogs that need medicine. Special needs dogs. I love to play with them, walk them and I will treat them as my own. We raise horses so I have a lot of experience where you have to pay close attention so I would notice if something is off with you dog and I would address it immediately. I’m retired so you would not have to worry about your dog or cat. I would walk, brush, and play with your dog or cat. I would take care of your animal as my own at your home. I would make sure they are loved like my own. If they have special needs or need shots, medicine or anything extra you can feel safe with me.

“I was skeptical about using Rover as a means to having someone come into our home and watch after our 2 dogs. I had set up a meet and greet through Emily to met her co-sitter Rob (as Emily was not directly available at the time). Rob came right on time was kind and courteous! He has a natural ability with dogs and made notes of how our dog’s routine goes. While we were gone, Rob and Emily both sent plenty of updates and pics of the dogs! The communication was excellent the whole way through and we look forward to Emily and/or Rob watching after these 2 again soon! It’s not everyday that you get to trust someone off of the internet but, I will definitely trust Emily and Rob!”

About: I have been the lucky human partner of many cats and dogs. Your dog and/or cat will be treated like I would care for my own, with love, care and kindness. If they have special needs I'm happy to be your care extender. I am retired and self-directing, so my schedule can typically be tailored on an individual basis to fits the needs of Fido or Feline. I prefer advance notice and planning so there is a chance to build trust and familiarity with your best friend. I do not offer pet sitting in my own home. I can pet sit in your home if desired. Individualized plans are based on your needs.

About: Hi, my name is Mariah. I have two pets of my own, 1 puppy named Lake and 1 cat named mango 💙🥭. I have two years experience caring for animals in a professional setting at a animal hospital. My biggest take away from that job was learning the importance of communicating with the customers and making sure their pets were always a priority. As pet owners we don’t always feel like our pets come first and that can be a very uneasy feeling. All animals deserve people with the right intentions and when finding the right person to take care of your pets you deserve to be able to relax knowing your pet is happy, healthy, and being treated well. Your pet will be top priority in my care and will be treated as my own. I have experience administering medication to both dogs and cats. I can follow raw food or special diet recipes. I am very detail oriented and can keep your pet on their daily routines, such as meal plans, and medication, exercise, etc. Requirements: I ask that your pets be up to date on vaccines and their flea and tick prevention, especially puppies they MUST have their dewormer, parvo, and distemper. I will not take a risk of getting my other animals sicks. I currently work full time Monday through Friday (7am-3pm.) I have open availability after 3 pm on the week days. My weekends are open availability. I have two outdoor runs, 40x50 outdoor enclosed fence for outdoor time. I also have multiple crates that can be utilized in emergency situations or for comfortability as some dogs just like using crates as a safe place to relax and decompress. I have two playpen areas in the garage that are great for puppies that I can bring inside. If there is a reactive dog in the bunch I will separate and place the reactive dog in another room to avoid fights. Your dog will be walked and engaged with while being outside as I try to make this a fun activity for my dog and a chance for him to get his energy out. For cats I would prefer to offer service at the owners house due to already having a cat and knowing she doesn’t like sharing her space with cats and prefers her own cat room.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and I’ve owned rabbits and guinea pigs for over 10 years. Through working at an animal hospital I’ve cared for numerous cats and kittens. Im also an avid reptile keeper and am available to care for exotics such as lizards, turtles, amphibians, tortoises, fish and birds! I’m currently a Licensed Veterinary Technician in Indiana. I’m also a licensed veterinary technician in Indiana, which means I can care for dogs and cats that may need any type of specific nursing care. I have watched pets for friends and family that have gone out of town on many occasions and each and every time I ensure their pet feels like they’re on their very own vacation!

About: I have always enjoyed spending my time with animals. I got my first dog when I was in elementary school - sadly he recently passed away - but since coming to college I have been missing my sweet fur baby. Being able to play with and care for someone else's pet while also earning extra cash would be an ideal job experience for me. Getting a new pet really isn’t an option for me right now. With all the free time on my hands, and I would love to get the chance to spend it walking and playing with your fur babies! In the past, I have dog sat for other friends and family and I really enjoyed it and having the extra company is always a plus!

About: I have been surrounded by animals my whole life, and through those years they interest me more and more. I had/have multiple cats and dogs, and the connection with them has been something I couldn’t imagine not experiencing. Plus, the knowledge I have gained from being around familiar animals makes me feel I would love experiencing new things with other pets, and get to know their unique personalities. With that being said, I am open to almost any training/service necessary for your dog(s) or cat(s) needs and would love to get to know your fuzzy family! I’ve just started school, and my classes are every weekday from 5:30 pm to 10 pm, just so you’re aware if that contradicts any booking requirements you need. I have my own pets to take care of, but other than that I don’t have consistent routines that would get in the way of the times and dates I’m available. For drop-ins, I will do feedings, outdoor/potty time, and get to know your pet(s). If there’s any questions or other service not noted that you’d like to ask I can do, I would be happy to answer. Walks- I do at least 15 minute walks, and up to 90 minute walks. More characterized questions, such as walking area or what certain necessities your pet(s) needs can be discussed once I have contact/a schedule with you.
