About: I’ve been pet sitting for just over 5 years! Dogs & cats have been my furry friends ranging from puppies to elderly (or needing a little extra love)! I’m currently working part time, so have lots of time to spend with your fur babies! Wednesday, Thursdays & Sundays are completely open. Otherwise late afternoon & evenings, I’m available aswell. About: I’ve always loved taking care of animals since I was young. I grew up around springer spaniels, australian cattles, labs, pomeranians, and retrievers. I’ve been pet sitting for neighbors the past few years and decided to join the app to get to know more furry friends in our community. I have a tuxedo cat and Italian Greyhound dog. I work from home so it shouldn’t be difficult to pop over to your house to play with your furry friends. My dog is my best friend but she is an escape artist so I am always very careful about always checking the yard for any escape routes and always keeping them on a leash. I will always be very careful with your dog and cat because safety is my top priority!

About: I've grown up living with dogs and have been the primary trainer for my family's dogs. I do pretty well working with new pets and can handle full size dogs. I'm an engineer who gets home from work around 4 or 5PM. My weekends are empty 3/4 weekends a month. I can do overnights on Sunday and during the work week if your dog is used to being alone 9-5. I have a small yard, and live next to the beach. I typically walk my dog to the beach 2-3 times a day on the weekend and she swims often. I usually use a harness to walk dogs, never leave them unattended outside since I have no fence. Make sure they have food twice a day and water always full.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and love all breeds. We truly don’t deserve them. My soul dog, Abo, passed away 1.5 years ago and I have been watching and walking dogs for extra money ever since. I’m a college professor working a very flexible schedule and I’d love to walk or watch your dog! I live on the east side of Beverly Shores and also have a place in the city 🌆. I’m down to house sit or watch them at my place. I have local references and would love to meet your dog if I haven’t already 😊 I’m teaching part-time this term, so I have plenty of time to walk your dogs, give them some love, tell them they are good dogs, get some fresh air, exercise and sunshine. ☀️ When I board a dog it is all about them! They are basically on vacation having the best time and getting all the attention and affection they want. 🙂

About: Hello, I'm a big animal lover. Life is always better with furry friends! I have pretty much always had a dog most of my life & always consider them family. I was lucky & got to be there when my former fur baby was born. Her mom let me massage her hips & tummy while in labor. It was her 1st litter & she was awesome!! She let me handle all 9 of the babies after she was done delivering so we could transfer all them to a clean bed & to help rotate at feeding time to ensure they all ate. All 9 survived & were healthy!! I was also a "doula" for my mom's cats pregnancy & she let me massage her tummy & handle her babies right away also. It's a blessing to see & be a part of. I would love to provide a safe and comfortable care for your pet while you are away. I used to have birds, cats, fish, been around reptiles & snakes, turtles, I worked at an eagle rapture center in Alaska which is where I'm from. I have a strong belief to only work in something you love so here I am. :-) Your pet will receive the same love & attention as if they were my own & provide plenty of pictures. It took me months of working with him to get him to start eating again normally and to start gaining weight so we were quite concerned when we had to go away and leave him for a couple of weeks. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
