Olivia was so great with Wrigley! We did a brief meet and greet where she asked questions and took notes on Wrigley’s routine. Nathalia kept me updated consistently through messaging and photos. My youngest boy is a rescue who came from a really bad sitch prior and still suffers from severe anxiety. Nathalia understood his needs and made me feel like she had a great understanding of his needs. I can’t express the gratitude of communication with or without the pups, and that put me at ease.
