“Hands down…Audrey was the BEST dog sitter we’ve ever had! We can’t say enough good things about Audrey! From my very first text message to her, she was responsive, thoughtful and clearly a true dog lover. She took the time to even come over to our home for a “meet and greet” so we all could see if she was a good fit for us and our 90 pound lab and our 65 pound German shepherd. She took the time to ask detailed questions of our dog’s daily routine, quirks, meds, food schedules, potty schedules and favorite toys. We loved everything about Audrey….she pays attention to every little detail so we hired her for an entire day so we could go out of town for some appts. On the day for hire, she was at our house 5 minutes earlier than scheduled, we briefly went over what we discussed in intially….and we were on our way. While we were gone she sent us updates and photos so we would never have to worry how our pups were doing… they were happy and relaxed. She snuggled with them on our couch, they played outside and she clearly showed she could handle our two big dogs ( they can be a handful) with confidence and calmness and affection. They clearly loved her. The house was as if she was never there…she left it exactly as we left it….you can tell she takes great pride in her business and even left us a wonderful “thank you” note. Our dogs were relaxed and calm and happy. If you have large dogs ( or any dogs) we would absolutely recommend Audrey 1,000% to care for them. She truly cares about your “babies” and respects your home…she is truly the “Gold Standard” of House/Dog sitters! We are so happy we found her and would definitely hire her again!”

We live on 6 private acres, so there's plenty of safe space for dogs to explore & no pets of our own if that's a concern (lost our German Shepherd last year and haven't been ready to get another yet). For walks, I use secure leashes/harnesses, stay aware of the environment, and adjust routes based on your dog's energy level and behavior.

About: I’ve owned animals all of my life as well as done pet sitting and housesitting for years. I’m currently signed up with Trusted Housesitters and have references there as well as from other private clients. I have experience taking care of all kinds of animals from cats and dogs to goats, chickens, and horses. I have a very flexible schedule as I own rental properties and can work remotely. I also do residential housekeeping, but my clients are flexible with their cleaning schedules as well. I can bring my dog to your home for doggy play dates or leave her home with the rest of her family if you prefer.

About: My senior dog is constantly active which is surprising so I try and keep him as busy as possible. Some of the other older dogs I take my time with while taking them on walks. If they walk extremely slow. Other dogs tend to sniff everything which I have patience for. When a dog brings me a toy it’s an indicator for me to play with them. I work Monday through Friday so weekends are best. I take care of my own dog throughout the week with my significant other watching him on the weekends when I’m not home. I walk my dog multiple times a day knowing it’s a good way to keep him active. In my own home I watch my dog when he eats. He has 2 teeth when we adopted him so when he eats his food, I watch him very carefully. Anytime I’m not home I put on a YouTube video for dogs so he has some sound. When it comes to other animals I’ve watched, if it’s a full day I would prefer not to leave them alone. Taking them out multiple times a day and of course plenty of love!

About: I absolutely love dogs ! They truly are man’s best friend till the end. I have two dogs of my own , whom I love very much ! I have experience in dog sitting as well as dog walking and I am passionate about providing good care and excited to meet new pups! I fit pet care into my day/week routine because I have two dogs of my own. One is a pit bull and another is a boarder collie so to say they need care is an understatement. They have the upmost energy. I will play with them and wear them out so they get a good nights sleep. With that being said we walk, hike, run, go to the beach, play fetch , etc. as much as we can. I treat my puppies very kindly , if not they’re quite spoiled. 😉 I care very deeply about animals and I aim to help when I can !
