About: I have had animals all my life, dogs, cats, rodents, and birds. I'm experienced with younger and older animals as well as giving medicines and other. I'm currently a college student and don't work so I have plenty of time to play with pups / kitties and come by for feedings and other. When pet sitting I typically will go by 2 to 3 times a day for feeding and play. I'm always careful around animals especially when they don't know me, I know some can take some time to warm up! I can do walks, play in house, or a backyard if allowed, and other general care.

I also worked at a dog daycare for 18 months handling food, medications, evaluations, reactive dogs, and bathing. I currently work at a vet clinic in my hometown as a kennel technician. I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priority! My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to give pets plenty of time and attention. I’m available anytime after 1 PM everyday of the week for walks or drop-ins! I also work part-time throughout the week, but I still have a lot of free time and can often fit in pet care depending on the timing. Because I keep my schedule fairly open, I’m able to focus on making sure your pet gets the attention, exercise, and care they need while you’re away. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s needs, personality, and schedule so they feel secure and cared for while you’re away. At this time, I do not offer boarding in my home due to the animals that already live here and the limited space. However, I’m happy to care for pets in their own home through drop-ins, walks, or house sitting where they are most comfortable in their familiar environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow the owner’s instructions closely for feeding, walks, medications, and routines. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision. I respect your home, keep things clean, and will always keep you updated so you know your pet is safe and happy.

About: I have lived on a farm and owned pets my whole life! I love animals and I'm very accustomed to taking care of them. I also occasionally house-sit and pet-sit for close friends and family! I am currently a part time college student in Lynchburg and I only have a residential class one day a week. I do work part time as a server so some days I might have to take care of your pet until I go to work in the afternoon and then return in the evening. Dog/house sitting works better for me because I live on a farm with lots of other animals, which can make it tricky to keep other pets in the house.

About: I have had at least one dog and up to four in my family home for the past 18 years. From golden retrievers to chihuahuas, I am comfortable around dogs of all types. I am accustomed to taking dogs on multiple daily walks, consistent on-time feedings, and driving reluctant pets to the vet and groomer’s. I can do everything from simple drop-ins to sleep aways from just playtime to trips to the dog park. I have a part-time work schedule so I can be available to spend most of my time with your dog, whether high-activity playtimes are their thing or long leisurely walks in the park are more their speed. If they need loads of attention, plenty of belly rubs, or a buddy to keep them company while you’re away, I’m your girl. Just reach out and check my availability with my other job, and I’ll run through it with you. The best option for my current situation is to visit your home to take care of your pup. I have two pets of my own, and one of them is too skittish and unfriendly to make your furbaby feel at home at my place. Since I want your dog to feel as little disruption as possible to their day-to-day, I’ll be sure to play with all of their favorite toys, take them on all of their usual walks, bring them to dog parks for extra socialization, and more—all from the comfort of home. Does your pet need to go to the vet or groomer’s? I’m happy to take them if needed. I also like sending periodic photos from each visit to pet parents for more peace of mind.

My goal is to make your fur baby feel at home when away from home and provide the best care when you are away so you can be worry free, your fur baby will be in good hands with me! I work full time but have flexibility and off Fridays and can accommodate weekend travelers when you can’t travel with the furry babies! I am a very outdoors type of person and will take your dog with me on long walks to get energy out or we can cuddle on the couch if they prefer that too! My home is there home and they are allowed in all furniture🐶 We live in a house with a fenced in yard and I have a pet camera so if your pet is left alone for an hour or two they will be monitored through the camera! My dog will always be separate from yours when no one is home to ensure safety! I will always feed dogs separate as well!
