“We were in a tight bind to find a place for our Loki to stay in while we went away for a couple of days. Thankfully, I found Dominie on this app and she was so amazing with communication. Highly recommend! We were ghosted by another sitter we had booked two weeks ago, and Stephanie and her family stepped in to save the day. That other sitter almost ruined our amazing trip to Chico, but thanks to Stephanie it was saved. My family and I cannot thank you enough for taking care of our furry family on such short notice. She sent regular updates and pictures throughout, which we really appreciated. The dogs were happy when we picked them up and completely exhausted in the best way, when we got home. I would highly recommend Stephanie and her family!
I was a little uneasy leaving our 3month puppy just because we never left shadow anywhere before. But Shyla was great and sent photos and video of shadow playing and just being free! I love he got to have a big backyard yard to roam and play with her other dogs. He didn't want to leave! 😆 Will definitely rebook, and will be dropping shadow off from time to time just for day care. Book this lovely family for your fur-babies!!
Anna and her family are SO SWEET! My dogs immediately felt at home, even as I was still standing there. They got lots of snuggles and they even got to sleep on one of Anna's daughter's beds! When I picked up my pups, they looked just like I would want: Happy to see me, but also like they barely noticed I was gone because they had fun.
Jess was amazing with our boy. Brutus seemed very happy and comfortable to be there with Jess. Jess was very informative and we got plenty of picture's and video updates of our boy. Responded in a timely manner and we needed a last minute sitter and Jess was very happy to help us. 10/10 would let Brutus stay with Jess if we happened to be in the area again.
This is our first time to have our dog in a home. She usually is in the boarding place. But wow, what a difference. If only I could multiply Ms Jeanette,,,she is AWESOME with our dog! Our dog loves her so much and we also Do. She did an amazing job taking care of Echo for A week and she send us messages everyday and photos of her (you dont get this in boarding place). I hope she is available the next time we need a place for our Dog. I so appreciate Ms Jeanette, she is simply the Best!
I would definitely leave my Mia with Cynthia again. She always responded promptly and updated me with messages and photos on how Mia was doing. I knew immediately she was a dog lover by the way she interacted with Mia when we first met. She was considerate to slowly introduce each of her 3 dogs one at a time to not overwhelm Mia. She was even very understanding and flexible when I had to make a last minute time change. Thank you Cynthia!
