Highly recommend! We were ghosted by another sitter we had booked two weeks ago, and Stephanie and her family stepped in to save the day. That other sitter almost ruined our amazing trip to Chico, but thanks to Stephanie it was saved. My family and I cannot thank you enough for taking care of our furry family on such short notice. She sent regular updates and pictures throughout, which we really appreciated. The dogs were happy when we picked them up and completely exhausted in the best way, when we got home. I would highly recommend Stephanie and her family!

Stephanie and her Husband are amazing people! Willing to watch our girls and making sure they are comfortable during their stay. Thank you both again!

Multiply the nb of stars by 10, it was very good, always getting updates from them even without contacting them. Maike had a very happy time with them and came back home perfectly Thanks so much Highly Recommended

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews. But unfortunately we didn’t get our puppy back in the best condition. I didn’t receive regular updates, I had to reach out & ask in order to get an update on how he was doing. I didn’t receive pictures of our puppy until 5pm (he was dropped off at 8am ish), which did make us feel a little un-easy since this was our first time booking with a new sitter as our regular sitter was not available & we normally get lots of pictures from her. Second, when we picked up our Puppy, his fur was sticky and soiled with pee. Third, the bag of food we sent with him came back more than half full, which worried us that he did not eat (He was left for about 8 hours) However, we are not sure if that is the case since nothing was mentioned regarding that. He also came back acting a bit off and when we took him in our house he kept hiding under the table, which is odd of him to do. Lastly, when he pooped the first time getting back home, he had diarrhea and his feces was a redish/orange color which is also concerning. I am grateful that Stephanie agreed to watch Milo last minute but I am not 100% convinced that Milo was properly taken care of.

What a great experience! We had our Great Dane, Norman, watched for the first time by Melissa, and it definitely won't be our last! Melissa sent photos of our sweet "little" guy and kept me posted on how he was doing. I always get a bit nervous when I drop Norman off at a new place, but Melissa and family put all my nerves to rest. She is a true dog lover! I highly recommend her to watch your dogs. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for the service provided 👍👍
