“This was my second time booking Calie to watch Penny, and once again, she was wonderful! She is reliable, trustworthy, and takes great care of Penny. Most importantly, Penny really likes her, which gives me complete peace of mind while I’m away. I would happily book Calie again!”

About: I’ve spent more than 20 years caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m comfortable caring for senior and special-needs pets, administering oral and injected medications, and keeping up with high-energy dogs who need plenty of exercise and play. I follow each pet’s normal routine closely and treat them like I would my own, with lots of attention, affection, and regular photo updates while you’re away. I currently work part time in customer service, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet sitting. I’m happy to spend time playing, giving affection, keeping pets company, maintaining their normal routines, and making sure they receive plenty of attention while their family is away. For me, pet sitting is much more than simply stopping by to feed an animal. I genuinely enjoy building a relationship with the pets I care for and making sure they feel happy, loved, and comfortable until their family comes home. I’ve always had a special connection with animals and truly enjoy being around them. I love getting to know each pet’s personality, routine, quirks, and favorite things so I can make their time with me feel as comfortable and familiar as possible. I have experience caring for pets of all ages, including seniors. My own Chihuahua lived to be 22 years old, so I understand firsthand how much patience, consistency, and extra attention older animals can need. That experience gave me an even deeper appreciation for the responsibility that comes with caring for someone’s pet. I’m also very mindful of safety and cleanliness in both my everyday life and in clients’ homes. I carefully follow care instructions, keep an eye on changes in behavior or needs, and make sure pets are comfortable and their environment is clean and secure.
About: Hi! I’m Payton, and I am a member of The International Cat Association (TICA). I have many years of hands-on experience caring for and showing cats of many different breeds and personalities. From ages 16 to 20, I helped manage the day-to-day care of a multi-cat cattery, where I cared for kittens, breeding cats, and retired show cats. My experience includes feeding specialized diets, administering medications, grooming, nail trims, litter box maintenance, monitoring health and behavior, and maintaining consistent routines for multiple cats. Over the past four years of showing cats, I have learned how to handle them calmly and respectfully while paying close attention to each cat’s individual temperament. Whether your cat is outgoing, shy, or requires extra attention, my goal is to provide reliable, low-stress care while you are away. References are available upon request. I currently work part-time with a flexible schedule, which allows me to make drop-in visits during the week and provide longer stays over the weekends. Since I have cats of my own, their care is already a part of my daily routine. I understand the importance of maintaining feeding schedules, clean spaces, and consistent attention while you are away. I believe cats are happiest and least stressed when they can stay in their own familiar environment. I provide in-home care where I can maintain their normal routines, including feeding, litter care, playtime, and medication if needed.
About: I have two years of experience working in dog training with Good Dog, where I developed valuable skills in handling, caring for, and understanding dogs with different personalities, temperaments, and behavioral needs. Through this experience, I gained knowledge of positive reinforcement, basic obedience training, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for dogs. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and building trust with every animal. My experience has prepared me to provide dependable, attentive, and compassionate pet care. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or providing companionship, I am committed to treating every pet with the same care and respect I would give my own. I currently have a very flexible schedule, as I am temporarily away from my regular job while recovering from a work-related injury. This allows me to dedicate more time and attention to providing quality pet care. I am generally available throughout the week, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight stays. I can accommodate extended house-sitting arrangements and provide pets with consistent companionship, feeding, attention, and care. I take pride in being dependable, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. My goal is to make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. As both a dog and cat owner, I understand the importance of providing a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for every pet. Caring for my own animals has taught me the value of patience, responsibility, consistency, and understanding each pet’s unique personality and needs. Along with my two years of experience in dog training with Good Dog, I have developed strong skills in animal handling, recognizing behaviors, and building trust with animals. I prioritize maintaining a clean and secure environment, providing fresh food and water, following established routines, and ensuring pets receive plenty of attention and companionship. I understand that every animal has different comfort levels, and I always respect their boundaries while helping them feel safe and relaxed. Whether caring for pets in my home or their owner’s home, I am committed to treating every animal like family and providing owners with peace of mind knowing their pets are in responsible and dependable hands.

Grooming is a big part of taking care of a husky so I understand the need with brushing! I have the mornings open on Monday & Wednesday from 7:30 till 1:30 and the afternoons 6:30 - 9:00. Fridays and the weekends I am available throughout the day so feel free to reach out! I meet the needs that are required and preferred to keep your dog happy and comfortable as well as yourself! About: I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I treat every pet with the same love and respect I’d give my own. I have two of my own doggies! I always adapt to your pets individual needs. I’m patient, gentle, and never in a rush. Your dog’s comfort and safety are always my top priority. I’ll follow whatever routine you give me, keep a close eye on them, and treat them like one of my own.
“Nalani was very friendly to me and my dogs. They liked her immediately. She always showed up on time and took great care of them, giving meds to my older dog. Both dogs were in good spirits when we got home.”

About: I have 4 years of experience volunteering at a local animal shelter where I would take care and the puppies. As well as giving the adult and bigger dogs outside socialization time in the play yard. I’ve also watched and walked dogs for multiple friends and neighbors. I do work full time so on weekdays I would be available evenings only (after 5pm). But my weekends are fully open to care for your fur babies. Safety is extremely important to me. With my time volunteering at an animal shelter I learned the proper way to walk dogs not familiar with me and how to spot different animal behaviors. (Stress, timid, angry). I do like to set a meet and greet time to get to know your pet and their routines and any special needs they may have. I want to make sure your pet is comfortable with me. I am also more than happy to provide photo updates of any drop ins or cute moments during walks.
About: I am currently a biology major in veterinary school. My love for animals began as a child with my mom being a crazy cat lady and with the start of FFA in high school. I have now decided to carry my love of animals into my young g adult life. I am in college and work part time as a nanny for a divorced dad along with 2 other families that use me about 1-2 times a week only for a-couple hours. The dad I work for has his kids every other week so during the off week my schedule is very open. When he has his kids I work for him for 2-3 days out of the week. I provide a safe, comfortable, and supervised environment for every pet. My home has a spacious backyard for outdoor play, and I have two cats, a leopard gecko, and a tropical fish tank. I’ll follow your pet’s routines and care instructions closely, and I can keep pets separated as needed to help everyone feel secure.
About: Hello, my name is Diana. Ive had experience walking and sitting dogs for over 5 years now and I love being able to meet different dogs of all shapes and sizes along with their owners. I look forward to meeting you and your pet!
“Sidney has been so great! Have been working long hours and was worried about my puppy being home for hours in end alone. Sidney came to meet Bunnie before we started regular daily visits, and she stayed and played with Bunnie for an hour almost daily. My neighbors told me they always saw her running around the back yard keeping her active, and she was always super sweet to my baby. She always remembered to put out the activity toys, and would even clean up the rare messes my puppy made even though I told her she didn’t need to. Sidney was super flexible and communicative, sent me lots of photos and videos, and she even took my last minute panicked requests for bookings. I highly recommend trusting your pups to her, she will take great care of them!”

About: Animals have always been a strong love of mine. I have experience in all ages and conditions including but not limited to: -New pups -Old pups -Blind pups -Diabetic pups I currently work full-time as a medical scribe with the goal of becoming a Physician Assistant. The great part? My workday starts early and ends early, leaving me with the perfect early morning, afternoon, and evening hours to dedicate to pet care. Weekends are even more flexible, which allows for longer stays, extra play, or extended house sitting when needed. Caring for animals brings a great balance to my week—and a lot of joy too! I keep you updated with daily pics, videos, and little notes on how your pup is doing! Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Landco
Calie was professional, responsive, and punctual throughout the booking process and all scheduled visits. She made sure everyone was fed, received playtime, and had their litter boxes scooped. The essentials were handled well, and I appreciated her reliability and communication.

I was very grateful to have Angelina come out and take care of our new adopted cat Aria. She was accommodating, conscientious, patient and is a great communicator. She offered to housesit as well, which was a huge relief. I will definitely request her services again.

KATRINA was OUTSTANDING!! We were in Hawaii for 9 days and she cared for our precious little poodle. She always communicated with us every day about how she was doing and ALWAYS sent us pics and videos.. My husband and I were very grateful to have found her and I HIGHLY recommend her 100% !!! she really is SO CARING AND AMAZING… if you’re looking for someone to alleviate your worries while you’re out of town, KATRINA is the ONE!!! We appreciate her so much!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!

Paesha took great care of Penny while I was away in Curaçao. She made sure her water fountain stayed filled, pee pads were changed as needed, and gave her plenty of affection and attention. I especially appreciated the updates and the care she took checking for mushrooms in the yard since Penny is curious about everything. It really helped ease my travel anxiety knowing Penny was in good hands. I’d absolutely book with her again.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
