As a full-time stay-at-home mom, I offer a flexible schedule and am available on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you require care outside of these hours, please feel free to reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Services Offered: • 30-Minute Dog Walks Enjoy a 30-minute walk around your neighborhood or a nearby trail, giving your pet fresh air, exercise, and mental stimulation. • 30-Minute Drop-In Visits Includes dedicated time with your pet for play and interaction, feeding, and letting them outside for bathroom breaks as needed. I look forward to caring for your pets as if they were my own! Im a stay at home mom and my kids are in school and I have to only take care of my 1 year old. About: My journey as a dedicated dog caregiver began early in my life, and it took a heart-touching turn when I found myself nurturing eleven newborn puppies, following a tragic event that took their mother. I remember vividly the mix of apprehension and determination as I sat on my bedroom floor, syringe-feeding each tiny pup. That first five-hour marathon of feedings marked the start of an unforgettable bond that grew stronger with every round of care. Each puppy, now happily in their forever homes, holds a special place in my heart. This experience not only honed my pet care skills but also deepened my understanding of the unique needs of young animals. With patience, love, and a commitment to continuous improvement, I offer a caring environment where your pet can thrive, feeling as cherished and attended to as those eleven puppies did. My job is seasonal, the busiest is in the summer. During the peak months of July/August my schedule varies, therefore I will regularly keep my calendar updated to reflect my availability. In the fall and winter seasons I am usually available anytime. I will care for your pet as requested per client's preferences. No one knows your pet like you do and I will stick strictly to that care and schedule.

About: I adore animals, and with me, your pet will always remain safe and pampered. I have a long history of animal care, having grown up raising and caring for just about anything you could imagine. I am a college student and athlete, and I am an expert at juggling my workload. I can be wherever needed at any point, except when I have class or soccer games. I believe in treating everything with proper respect and care, especially when that entails others' property. I have no issue cleaning messes made by pets, and will always do my best to prevent any misshaps.

About: I have had animals since I was very young. We have had two dogs and many cats in that amount of time! I often watch animals for my friends or family when they are taking short trips or vacations. With over six years of experience in pet sitting and walking, I've cared for a wide range of pets, from energetic puppies to senior cats. My services ensure your furry friends receive the attention, exercise, and love they deserve while you're away. Trustworthy and reliable, I treat every pet as if they were my own, providing peace of mind and happy tails. 🐾❤️ I currently am a student with classes three days a week! About: I have taken care of my own current dog, Mack, since I was 12. I've had several other family dogs in the past that I have helped raise and train as well, I've taken care of other people's animals before, and I have always truly loved all animals. ❤️ I love to walk dogs, or cats! I can also bathe, feed, and make sure your pet has the best care. I am currently available to take care of your pet when I do have my days off, I will start substitute teaching soon so this could potentially affect my daytime availability. I have worked part-time at Petsense and I currently work at Tractor Supply, but I will work around my schedule at any point to try and help you with your fur babies! Personally, I treat my dog like he is my baby because he's part of my family. I love him very much and love to sit and play with him, give him snuggles, and take him with me on walks because I simply love being in the presence of animals. They make me so happy, and I do what I can to make sure your animals are happy and taken care of too. They deserve it!

About: I love all animals. As you can see in my pictures I have been around many different animals. I have been around dogs, cats, Guinea pigs and hamsters, sharks, goats, birds, and horses. I believe that pets are part of the family and I believe all animals deserve to be well taken care of. While my apartment does not allow pets I am more than happy to pet sit at your place or just stop by for some attention, feeding, or walks. Pets are part of one’s family and I believe that should be treated as such. I am there to feed your pet and take it on walks as well as play with it and give it whatever kind of attention is needed.

FAQs for Dog Walking - Lamero

Frequently asked questions about Rover

Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Lamero. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking bookings, your dog walker can send a Rover Card with details about your dog’s walk. Rover Cards require at least one photo and may include a map of the walking route , the total walk time and distance, and any pee or poop breaks recorded by the walker.

The route map lets you review where your dog was walked in Lamero after the booking. It is not live GPS tracking.

Have specific details you would like included? Message your dog walker in the app before the walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your walker interacts with your pet or the new environment.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and walker for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .

walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
