About: I’ve had dogs my whole life from small breeds like a corgi mix to a border collie and from raising puppies to full adult dogs, I have always been responsible for my family pets and I absolutely LOVE dogs. I currently have one dog right now that is a rescue :) I truly love being around dogs and understand how important it is for pet owners to feel confident that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. I am currently off for summer from college as a Pre-med student in Idaho! I am always available for your furry pets at any time, whether that’s the weekend or the weekdays I am here for the full summer! I will always ensure your dog is safe, comforted, and well taken care for in your home. I treat others pets like they are my own. I strive to keep their routine as normal and stress- free as possible when you’re away! Whether this means walks, playtime, or cuddles, or simply giving them company, i’ll give them plenty of attention and love :)

“Larissa is a wonderful dog sitter! Not only did she put up with our two younger dogs, (they have a tendency to be rather unruly) but she also took care of our kitties as well! She is very reliable, sends lots of pictures, and stays with our animals until we get home! Our oldest dog, Baxter (4 1/2), is very emotional and is afraid of so many things, noises, etc. But he was very happy when we got home, not nervous or upset at all! We are most definitely going to be happy to have Larissa take care of our animals from now on as long as she will! ? Very happy with her, and gave her 5 ?!!!”

About: I am extremely reliable, I treat animals with a one of a kind type of affection. I pay good attention to their needs and wants. I don’t have a weekday job, when I do work it’s for a brief 3-5 hours on weekends or online work. I am able to give the pet any extra attention needed. My home is extremely safe. We live in a nice neighborhood with a close by park. My family adores animals. We have a clean living area.
“Melinda came and introduced herself and met our pups before the start of her house sitting dates and we really appreciated it! She continued to give us updates on how or dogs were doing. And our lab had an accident while she was with them in his kennel and she cleaned him up and his things, and kept an eye on him to let us know if he showed any symptoms of something more seriously wrong. Couldn't have asked for a better sitter to keep an eye on our boys while we were out. Definitely recommend her for your pet sitting needs ❤️”
“I’m so happy we had Maria to take care of our Cane Corso. She stay in communication with me and kept me updated with pictures of “our baby”. She made me feel very comfortable having her in our home. I highly recommend Maria, we will be booking with her again.”

“Parker was great with our pups for a nearly 3 week house sitting stay. He was very responsive and took wonderful care of all 3 of our huskies! Huskies can be very demanding on attention and care and Parker handled it with ease - not to mention walking 3 huskies twice a day is no easy task! The pups all took to him right away when we did our meet and greet and we felt very comfortable with having him stay in our home so we could enjoy our vacation without worry. He was very communicative and took great care of the house. He went above and beyond with helping keep the place clean and watering our plants outside! We feel we can take more trips now without worry as we have a great sitter available and knows our pups through and through. We highly recommend Parker as a dog sitter who will take wonderful care of your furry loved ones and of course your home.”

About: I started caring professionally for animals when I was just 16 years old. In the veterinary facilities over the years, I worked my way up from kennel attendant, to customer service representative, to customer service supervisor, to customer service manager, to reproduction veterinary assistant. Over these years I have cared for dogs and cats of all ages. During my time as a reproduction veterinary assistant, I found a passion for breeding/deliveries/neonatal puppy care etc. I took this passion and started caring for other people’s pregnant momma dogs within my home. I delivered the puppies, and raised them for infinite weeks until said breeders found their forever families. I raised, cared for, and trained over 150 puppies within my home during the last 4 years. I established long lasting relationships with not only the momma dogs families, but also the families of many of the puppies I was blessed to raise here. Many of which now come to me to watch and care for their dogs/puppies while on vacation, busy day at work, or maybe need a bath/blowdry/brushout/nail trim etc. when needed. I wanted to open up my home and extend my love and animal care for anyone else who may need my service. I am home all day most days. Now that my kids are grown and come and go on their own, I have ability to care for others pets and fully accommodate any needs they may have. When pets are in my home, they can roam freely within designated areas, sleep in beds with us like they are family, or be crated off and on if preferred by their families. We have a fenced yard for outside playtime and a designated turf area for dogs to do their business.
“Did a great job with my fur babies. She sent me pics and updates of them. My dogs loved her and I would definitely rebook her for the next time I have a trip away. She did a great job!!”

“Ebonnie was wonderful, she came earlier then asked to make sure the pups were settled down before she gave them their breakfast. She sent pictures, told us our pups were cuddle bugs and the best. We will use her again”

“This was our first time using an in-home dog sitter after losing our previous dog unexpectedly at a boarding facility, so we were understandably very hesitant. From the moment we met Vickie, she immediately put us at ease and gave us the confidence to leave our new pup at home while we were away. Vickie went above and beyond by visiting a few times before our trip to help our pup feel comfortable with her in our home. While we were gone, she kept us updated with daily photos, which meant so much to us, and she even took the time to water our garden. We came home to a happy, healthy pup and a house in perfect condition. We’re so grateful for the care and attention Vickie provided and would absolutely love to work with her again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter.”

About: I have experience caring for my family’s and other dogs and understand the daily responsibility that comes with keeping pets healthy, safe, and happy. Through caring for them, I’ve gained experience with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and recognizing changes in behavior. I’m reliable, attentive, and committed to making pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I treat every pet with patience and attention and will care for your pet the same way I care for my own. I have a golden-doodle at home that I have cared for since she was a puppy, so I have plenty of experience with puppies and super young dogs. I am available all day to meet the needs of your pet's schedule. Pet care is already a regular part of my daily routine. I’m used to feeding, walking, exercising, and spending quality time with dogs every day. Because I care for my own pets, I understand the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule and providing attention throughout the day. Because of this, adding pet sitting and dog walking feels like a natural extension of my routine, and I’m committed to providing reliable care and attention to every pet. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I will focus on keeping their routine as normal as possible. I will follow all instructions regarding feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care requirements. About: Within my family we have multiple different dogs of different sizes. In highschool I was apart of my schools vet class as well as the school competitions. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and at a local veterinary. Currently I’m on summer break so I have unlimited time to take care of any pets. I would like to communicate with the owners and hear of what expectations they want so I can provide it. When going to a customers house I follow all rules that have been provided. I’m also careful with what I bring with me so no harm can come to the animals I’m watching.
About: I've been around animals my entire life, growing up on a farm caring for them was part of my daily routine. In addition, I volunteer at shelters and have experience fostering both dogs and cats as well as watching family and friend's animals when they are away. I do not currently work outside of the home, so I have a flexible schedule and time to dedicate to animal care, including walks, drop-ins and overnight stays. I enjoy spending time with animals and will provide them with lots of attention and companionship. We currently have three dogs and a cat of our own, so caring for animals is truly part of my everyday life. One of my dogs is reactive, which has given me firsthand experience in understanding triggers, reading body language, and creating a calm, structured environment to help them feel safe. I'm mindful with boundaries, slow introductions and importance of routine for dogs who need a little more support. My schedule is very open and flexible right now which means I can accommodate a variety of schedules and can be very attentive to each pet's needs and routine. If I'm staying in your home, I treat it with the utmost respect and keep things clean, organized and secure. I bring a grounded, mindful presence to pet care. I practice yoga and truly enjoy creating a peaceful environment for both people and animals. I am active and enjoy getting outside so your pets will get the exercise and attention they need, balanced with companionship while you are away.
“Marissa house sat and dogs sat for us for 3 nights. We really appreciated her ability to adapt. We have a GP who is a rescue. He has become a very sweet and loving dog with us, but we know he can be very territorial, protective and stubborn. He wasn’t easy for her to deal with, but she persevered. When we returned our house was in great shape and she took good care of our boy. We are so glad that we met Marissa. She is willing to come back and deal with our GP and we appreciate that. We will definitely be contacting her again.”

Lakeview pet parents share their Rover experiences
Absolutely! Here’s a personalized and very nice review for Melissa: ⸻ Review for Melissa: Melissa was an absolute dream of a house sitter! She took care of our home and our little zoo—four dogs, a fish tank, and even our chameleon—for five days, and we couldn’t be more impressed with how smoothly everything went. From the beginning, Melissa was communicative, responsible, and warm. She sent regular updates, which helped us truly relax while we were away, knowing our pets were in such loving hands. The dogs were clearly happy and well cared for when we returned, the fish tank was spotless, and even our chameleon seemed extra content! The house was immaculate, and Melissa had even taken care of small things we didn’t expect, which was such a thoughtful surprise. We are so grateful for her and would welcome her back any time. If you’re lucky enough to have Melissa house sit for you, know that your home and animals will be in the possible care
