“My 3 yr old Yorkie stayed with Kathy, her dog, and her husband for three nights. She was so well cared for, and loved! Kathy bonds with her animals, agreed to have my pup's crate in her bedroom, and supervised the interactions between my dog, her dog, and another guest. Kathy kept me posted with pictures twice a day, and responded to my specific questions. I am soooo grateful to know Kathy was there for my needy little dog!”

“If I could create the perfect dog sitters, I couldn't come up with better people than Patty and Randy! They are the kindest, friendliest, most conscientious people I have ever met! They took in our happy, motley crew of 3 dogs and treated them like royalty. They were coddled, hugged, walked, talked to, and had wonderful new playmates (Randy and Patty's pups and cats) to have fun with. We received lots of communications and updates, and we felt really at ease knowing our girls were with this loving couple. Thank you soOOO much!!!!!”

“Young took excellent care of Cola and we received many photos and updates of her throughout the day! Including a blog! She looked so happy throughout her stay, and I can tell she felt at home. I will be using Young again when I travel for sure. He treated her as his own, gave her bones and treats, and paid close attention to make sure she ate all her food since she’s a picky eater. Thank you Young!”

“This review is long overdue! Gina and Erik watched our two golden retrievers while in Tahoe for a family gathering in May 2023. They treated our dogs like their own and sent us lots of updates, photos and videos of our dogs during their stay. Our dogs looked SO HAPPY and clearly LOVED Gina and Erik. During a thunderstorm, one of our dogs was scared and Gina made a rub of essentials oils to help calm him, and Erik gave him hugs on the couch. They gave them such love, pets and hugs and we couldn't have asked for better dog sitters during our time in Tahoe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Gina and Erik!”

“My Bleu had a very relaxing time w Gina and her other dogs. It was the first time I left Bleu with anyone other than my exwife. I was more anxious than Bleu. Gina kept me posted w pictures of Bleu laying beside the fence that surrounded her front yard. It was a fence in solid repair and not something that Bleu could have escaped from. Thank you Gina for providing a safe place for Bleu!”

Tim had great and fast communicatiion with me during his entire stay and he was also very flexible with some last minute changes. “Melissa is fabulous! She worked with my last-minute changes and even met me partway for dropoff and pickup! She is very accommodating, but more than that, you can tell how much she loves dogs. I have 100% faith and trust in her with my little elderly angel. I will be reaching out to Melissa again!”

“Melissa watched my dog Alia for a few days while I was out of town. She was great! I would leave Alia with Melissa anytime. Melissa was friendly and easy to communicate with, and she kept Alia happy and healthy with lots of walks and love. I also received a bunch of super cute photos of Alia every day. It was perfect. Thanks Melissa!”

Whenever I am in Tahoe, Marcello will def be my first choice! Place is less than 5 min away for Stagecoach - Heavenly. He was very responsive to all my text and questions!”

“Faith took amazing care of my two cats for week while I was out of town. From the start, communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring. it She sent daily updates and photos, which really helped ease our mind while we were away. “Shannon was wonderful! Rosie had the best time and came back happy! Shannon was a great communicator and sent us pictures of the adventures they went on! Without hesitation we would book Shannon to watch our sweet pup when in Breckenridge!”

“I was visiting Lake Tahoe but staying at a timeshare that doesn't allow dogs, so I booked Teeda and her husband Richard to pet sit my dog Teddy in their home. They were phenomenal! Not only did they take Teddy on hikes and to the beach every day, and send lots of photos, but they also were EXTREMELY accommodating. They were super flexible about letting me take Teddy out on several days--in fact one morning when I called to ask about picking him up, and they were already driving him to another lake for an outing, they even offered to turn around. But the most amazing thing was that on the last day, due to a crazy-early flight that my travel companion had booked out of Sacramento Int'l airport, we had to pick Teddy up at 3:45 in the morning (!!!). I felt terrible about this, but Teeda was very cheerful about it and was ready at the door before I knocked. I can't recommend Teeda & Richard enough!”

“Jessica was great! She watched my shepherd mix and took great care of him - played fetch, took him out for hikes/walks, and shared a ton of pictures and updates. Will definitely be brining my pup back to her!”

“I'm so glad I found Gina. We wanted to make a short weekend getaway to Tahoe with our kids but we didn't want to leave our pup back home. Knowing we were still close by if needed gave us peace of mind and we had a great time knowing that our pup was safe and having fun. Gina was lovely and quick to respond to my request. We're already looking forward to returning and now I know who to reach out to.”

About: I am a dog mommy of a medium 14 year old pit mix, Roxy. I love all dogs and have family with everything from a Chihuahua (with no teeth) to a dopey Great Dane named after prince George. I have babysat all of their dogs and love to play outside with them. I like to run and hike with my dogs and we like to be silly together. She is getting older (14 years old) so she is not as active as she once was. I'm an educator, so my own pup is used to me being gone during the day, but because of holidays and summers I'm also free frequently. My own dog in the past struggled with stubborness and reactivity, so I know how to work with stubborn dogs and easy going dogs of all sorts. I have also worked with geriatric dogs and know what a struggle it can be when dogs are getting into old age. As an educator I work Monday through Friday (most weeks) during the day, and am home evenings, but have extensive availability weekends and holidays. My schedule can be somewhat flexible I am available to come to your home if your dog needs some company or can have your pup at my place. I also have transportation for taking your pet to the beach, river, or parks. I am happy to run, walk, or just hang out with your pets.
