About: Foster parent and I’ve had animals my entire life. Always trusted with friends’ pets. Experience with puppies and elderly dogs, big and small. I can handle a lot of pets at once. She was able to step in last minute when our family friend dropped out of house/cat sitting for us while we were away. Then our travels got wrapped up in the mass Southwest Airlines cancellations and Cleo was able to work with us on that as well! (we ended up leaving 2 days later than expected and coming back a day later than anticipated). Cleo is quick to respond to messages and the pictures and updates she sent of our cats kept me at ease that they were being cared for. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
