About: I've lived with dogs almost my entire life, and adopted my first dog 15 years ago. I've since owned two Border Collies, who both participated in advanced agility and obedience work. I'm comfortable with high-drive, working breeds as well as your typical pet dogs. I have also trained and lived with Golden Retrievers, Labs, Pitties, Havanese and Shih Tzus, so I'm familiar with a wide range of breeds, and I've cared for dogs in all stages of life -- from puppies to seniors. Whether your pup is a cuddle-loving couch potato or a ride-or-die adventure pal, they'll fit in great here! I currently work from home most days, and homeschool my two kids (ages 10 and 12). I have a very flexible schedule and am always up to go for a hike or play fetch between various family activities, or to snuggle up on the couch with a good book and a pup to cuddle. Your pet will be surrounded by a friendly family environment, and included in the daily routine I follow with my own dogs! I have a fenced in yard and am located near many lovely nature trails as well as a fully walk-able neighborhood including access to the McHenry Riverwalk only a block away! Daily walks never get boring with so many options available. Whether I'm strolling down the block to watch the geese on the river, or hitting up a local trail, every day is fun and interesting. If our dogs get along these can be joint adventures, but if your dog is more of a solo adventurer I am happy to walk and play separately!

About: I've been around dogs since I've had a working memory. From friend's, family's, neighbor's to my own I've watched and cared for many different dogs of many different sizes and needs. About: I’ve taken care of a variety of dogs since I was little and have loved every second. I was always helping out my family’s and neighbor’s pets - and now I finally got my own puppy in August of 2025. Trained him all on my own and he is the sweetest boy! I work at a kindergarten with special education during the school year. Once June hits, I will be officially out for summer break and plan on focusing all my attention on Rover. I will have all the time on my hands to drop in and take care of your pets! My 10 month old dachshund is very well taken care of. About: I’ve been caring for animals throughout my whole life and using Rover since the middle of 2022. I don’t have any pets of my own and my home is quiet and peaceful. My genuine love for animals, experience with various breeds and special needs, beautifully fenced in yard by the water, and emphasis on love and patience collectively set me apart as a dog sitter who provides exceptional care and creates a loving environment for the dogs entrusted to me. Let’s set up a meet-and-greet so I can meet your pup and you can see how much fun we’ll have together! I like to start the day with a quick potty break followed by some playful yard time to get the wiggles out, then it’s straight to breakfast. During the day we’ll stroll around the neighborhood, and sniff out some new spots. By evening it’s all about winding down, cozy vibes, and a yummy dinner to wrap up a tail-wagging day! I care for pets by observing their behavior, exercise, play, walks, and snuggles. Please bring along any favorite toys, crate, blankets, or other comfort items they love.

About: I've taken care of dogs at every stage of life ever since I was 7. From house-training puppy to assisting my 90 lb senior dog on walks with a special harness because her back legs would not work as well anymore (I have a special place in my heart for senior doggies as my childhood doggy Emily (boxer mix) just passed away recently at 15 years old). I have experience walking, feeding, and playing with small and big dogs. I am also currently doing dog walking/feeding for my mother's pitbull at the moment. I am currently not in the place in my life to own another dog at this moment and have been missing having a dog of my own again so I am so ready to love yours as if they were my own! I will take the utmost precautions and safety depending on your dog's needs/behavior. I have safely handled reactive dogs that don't do well with other dogs. I will make sure your pet gets the exercise/playtime they need to stay happy. I also own a cat so I am also experienced in cat care for your feline friends! I am pretty much available at anytime and any day at this time. Just let me know with at least one day ahead of time and I will let you know if I am able. I would take care of your baby like my own. In any situation, I will take the utmost precaution to ensure the safety of your pet and myself when we are walking.
