“Our dogs had an excellent stay with JoAnne. They were loved on and treated like part of the family. I truly felt like I’d left them in the caring hands of friends. She sent us several pictures of them throughout the week with reports of the fun they were having and didn’t seem to have any trouble with their weird quirks of barking at the tv or cowering at thunder. I would definitely book here again and recommend to all my friends with dogs.”

“udith was wonderful with Linny! My biggest concern when using Rover is that Linny tends not to eat when he's in a new environment. Judith treated him like he was her own and made sure he was eating properly. Whenever he wasn't interested in food, she spent extra time playing with him to help build up his appetite. It was clear she genuinely cared about his well-being. I would definitely book with Judith again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive sitter.”

“Stella is the best! We’ve had our dogs stay with her and they’ll be back! Very caring, professional setting, and she’s great at sending updates on how they’re doing :)”

“Kim is great. She did an amazing job making Jax feel at home, as well as giving me the peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of. She sent plenty of updates, pictures, and videos throughout his stay. I could tell he was having fun. She even shared some useful training tips that I plan to use. Jax is definitely looking forward to seeing her again.”

“We needed care for our almost 13 year old quirky dog, Lucy for a week while we traveled to Michigan to be with my mom while she had major surgery/recovery. I found Debbie on Rover and contacted her regarding boarding Lucy while we were gone. On the phone, I immediately felt comfortable with Debbie. We chatted for 15-20 minutes and I told her all of Lucy's "quirks." She invited us over for a meet and greet right away to ensure Lucy (and us) felt comfortable. Our Lucy has been recovering from a leg injury and also has been a VERY picky eater. Therefore we needed someone that would be very patient with her. Debbie and her family were amazing. Debbie and her husband were able to get Lucy to eat regularly and also take her vitamins! This has been a feat for us let me tell you! They even taught me a couple tricks to get Lucy to eat her vitamins! And since Lucy has come home, she has been so much better with her eating and her leg as well! I couldn’t be more happy ? We received updates every single day...and Debbie took so many beautiful photos of Lucy. She really has a talent for photography! I never had to worry for a minute about Lucy. She was spoiled rotten by Debbie and her family. We cannot express how grateful we are to have found Debbie and her family.”

“This was our first time leaving Piper (our 70 lb. Golden retriever) with Alicia. The choice was easy. She had experience and there was a fenced yard. Piper is difficult to walk. Ali asked all the right questions during our meet and greet. Ali was an excellent care giver! She sent daily pictures which were greatly appreciated! Piper looked happy and right at home. It appears her children enjoyed having a dog around! She said Piper would be welcomed back anytime. We will definitely book with her again.”

“Angela and Dave take great care of our sweet Ivy whenever we go out of town. It's a huge relief knowing that she is having fun in a home environment filled with fun and love 😊”

“Carla was amazing. She sent so many photos and videos of the dogs having the best time. I started calling it Dog Camp because it looked like I dropped my doodle and golden at the best overnight camp ever. We will definitely use Carla again. She communicated well and clearly loved on my dogs like they were her own.”

“Dickson really cares about my dog Arlo! Although Arlo was very anxious and nervous, he quickly warmed up to Dickson. I can tell Dickson is very passionate about caring for dogs.”

“Winnie and Maisie received excellent care while staying with June and Wade. We appreciated the daily pictures and reports. They are very attentive to the dogs needs.”

“Yamile is super nice and you can tell she likes pets. She took good care of my dog and cat. I also appreciated that her dog was very chill, even around my cat (they barely acknowledged each other!). Would book with her again.”

“A very loving family with lots of pet experience. They were able to teach my dog how to “drop” a ball after fetching. Before she would not want to give it up after fetching a toy. They also helped her learn how to get along with other dogs.”

“We had a wonderful experience! Bingo is a shy and cautious dog, but she made him feel comfortable and took such great care of him. She kept us updated throughout his stay, sent us his photos and videos, and was always easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated. It was clear that Bingo was happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!!”

“This was our dog, Bruce’s, second time staying with Dee for a long weekend. We feel so at ease leaving Bruce with her as she sends updates several times a day with pictures of him and lets us know how the day is going. We look forward to having Dee watch Bruce for future trips that he cannot tag along for. Thank you again Dee!!”

“My pet had spent the fantastic days in her house because I felt he didn’t want to go back home with me. I appreciated about what I could get good travel due to her care.”

“Once again, Derek and his family took excellent care of my dog, Bear. Every day he sent wonderful pictures and let me know that Bear was living his best life. Your dog is in wonderful hands with Derek!”

“Shalyn, Joseph and their family were awesome with our Jazzi and Lady! Sadie, their dog is super friendly and easy going. They all got a long great! The kids pampered our fur babies and we're so gentle with them. Fenced in yard and plenty of room to run. They walked them regularly and updates were super. We are lucky to have found them here on Rover. Highly recommend!”

“Melody did an absolutely amazing job of making Mischa comfortable. There were fireworks outside and she built Mischa a blanket fort to calm her down; that is what we do at home, but we forgot to forewarn Melody...Mischa runs to blankies to hide when there's thunder or fireworks. Melody's just one of those people who stays attuned to how dogs are feeling and responds...would highly recommend her!”

“I just picked my dog up at Norma’s and I couldn’t be any happier!! Norma sent me several pictures and videos during the week and I could tell my dog was so happy and well cared for. I was relaxed during my week away knowing my dog was in good hands! Thank you again! ????”

Svitlana and Vasyl are a great couple and did a great job of taking care of my spoiled Halo. The pictures they sent and the several long walks logged by her collar assured me she was loved and well taken care of. Along with her giant smile when I picked her up. I know Halo will miss you and we hope to have Halo visit again in the future!
