“Thank you Elaina and Joseph for allowing me to book with a short notice and for being very flexible with dropoff and pickup times. Communication was excellent, constant updates and pictures, and great care. You'll definitely be my sitter of choice when I'm in the area. Thank you!!”

“Fantastic! She provided regular updates and was so helpful. The backyard was a break place for our dog to be. Would totally have her again and have already booked another time!”

“She was great! We got daily updates with photos and videos of our dog playing and running outside. She was very nice and kept in contact which we appreciated. Our dog, Mona, seemed satisfied too :)”

“Carla provides the best care! Our dog loves staying with her. Lots of fun running around the fenced yard and playing with Carla & her dogs. Then comfy naps inside. Carla regularly sends videos & photos so we know how our dog is doing.”

“Angela (and her husband Dave) took such good care of Zoe! This was our first time leaving Zoe with someone else and they really made it easy for us. She sent us pictures often and sent me updates on Zoe. She really made me feel at ease! We’ve already booked another stay over the holidays.”

“My two dogs are “at home” when they’re at Dickson’s. He’s got a great setup in his house and yard making the dogs feel comfy and allowing them to have a great time. The care and love he shows to them gives us peace of mind. They’re never stressed out when we pick them up. Thanks for everything Dickson!”

“JoAnne is amazing! She is so good with our dogs and they clearly have a great time there. She sent pictures every day and it really helped seeing how happy our dogs were. About: I've been taking care of animals since I was 14, and they are part of my love language! I've taken care of and have had a wide variety of pets, dog sizes, and different medical needs. Part of my life's calling is to be with animals and give them all the love. We live on a 7-acre farmette, with land to roam and play, and forest as well. We have a barn that houses 23 free range chickens and ducks. These are also my pets who I love dearly. I have 2 cats, a brother and sister names George and Lucy who are total love bugs. My daughter Teagan is almost 6, and has been around animals since she was a baby. I am currently working full time, 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. I work remotely from my house on Fridays. I am off on Saturday and Sunday all day. We live on a 7-acre farm in a two-story house with privacy. Our house has plenty of room to accommodate different dog sizes. Our acreage also provides plenty of room for dogs to run and play!
“I highly recommend Rusty. Benny stayed with him while I was away, and I couldn’t have been happier with the care he provided. He sent me pictures and updates every day, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I was especially nervous because Benny has a history of resource guarding, but he handled him very well and everything went smoothly. Benny was well cared for, safe, and happy during his stay. I would def trust him to watch Benny again.”

“Carolyn was great with Samson. She was able to accomodate a last min booking. The communication was great and appreciated all of the pictures on his stay. Highly recommended.”

“Kelsey treated our Pug Millie with so much care and attention daily. Sent photos of their daily adventures together and pampered her with cozy blanket laden sofa resting after her long walks. Amazing care”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lakemoor
Melody did an absolutely amazing job of making Mischa comfortable. There were fireworks outside and she built Mischa a blanket fort to calm her down; that is what we do at home, but we forgot to forewarn Melody...Mischa runs to blankies to hide when there's thunder or fireworks. Melody's just one of those people who stays attuned to how dogs are feeling and responds...would highly recommend her!

Svitlana and Vasyl are a great couple and did a great job of taking care of my spoiled Halo. The pictures they sent and the several long walks logged by her collar assured me she was loved and well taken care of. Along with her giant smile when I picked her up. I know Halo will miss you and we hope to have Halo visit again in the future!

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
