“Amanda was GREAT! She was so caring and text promptly to let me know how he did after their first walk. She even took the time to come meet Cooper beforehand. Will use again!”

“Dorothy was such a pleasure and our dog loved her. She was so wonderfully accommodating. Dorothy will definitely be our go-to for future needs (as her extremely busy schedule allows).”

“I recently had the pleasure of hiring an amazing dog walker for my furry friend, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From the moment I contacted her professionalism and genuine love for dogs were evident. She was punctual and reliable, always arriving at the scheduled time with a positive attitude. What stood out the most was her attentiveness to my dog's needs. She took the time to understand my pet's personality, preferences, and any specific instructions I had. During walks, I received updates and even some adorable pictures of my dog enjoying their time outdoors. It brought me great peace of mind knowing that Bentley was in caring hands. Sachiho also demonstrated responsibility by ensuring that my dog was safe and secure throughout the walks. Overall, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional service. She went above and beyond, making the experience truly enjoyable for both me and my beloved pet. I will definitely continue using her services in the future.”

About: I have experience caring for dogs through friends, roommates, neighbors, and family. I’ve helped with walking, feeding, playtime, overnight care, and basic routines. I’ve also cared for a senior dog with anxiety, and I know how important calm energy, patience, and consistency are. I love being active, going on walks, and spending quality time with dogs. I’m new to Rover, but I take responsibility seriously, follow instructions carefully, and always treat pets like my own. My goal is to make both pets and owners feel safe, comfortable, and confident. I am a full-time engineer, graduate student, and National Guard service member. I love walking and being active. I am mainly available on weekends and some evenings. Fridays and weekends are my most flexible days, and I plan my bookings around my work schedule so pets always get proper care. I always make sure pets are in a clean, calm, and safe environment. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules and potty breaks. I keep doors secure, remove anything unsafe, and make sure pets are always supervised when needed.
About: Hi, I’m Maggie! I am a veterinary assistant with 7 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes and temperaments. I’m comfortable administering medication (oral, topical, subcutaneous), monitoring for signs of illness, and handling pets who may be anxious or need extra patience. I have a 9 year old Siberian Husky and 3 cats of my own. I understand how important it is to trust the person responsible for caring for your pet while you’re away, which is why I make sure to treat every animal as if they were my own. Whether it’s a walk, drop-in visit, or just giving your pet some extra love, you can expect dependable care, clear communication, and detailed updates after every visit. I am currently working from home so my schedule is very open during the week. I may also be available on the weekends if i have enough notice. I make sure to follow any instructions given by the owner and follow the pet’s routine to minimize stress. I will treat a client’s home like my own by keeping it clean and making sure all doors are locked and secured. If a dog is kept in a kennel when left alone I’ll make sure they’re safely in their crate before I leave.

“I forgot to give Danielle my door code and she went all the way back over to my house after I sent it! She sent pics and kept me updated the entire time. Great experience and I will definitely book her again!”
About: I have always been around and loved animals. As a child, I raised many beloved animals with my siblings, including: cats, dogs, rabbits, fish, turtles, ferrets, hermit crabs, and a horse. I started pet sitting when I was in middle school caring for our neighbor’s cat when they would go on vacation. Currently, I have three dogs back at home, including an Akita, German Shepherd, and English Setter. Each of whom I have trained since they were young. I also work as a volunteer with CSRA Humane Society, a local shelter in Augusta, in my freetime. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience, and I am currently in graduate school to become a Dentist. I am seeking part-time work to help supplement my living expenses. During the week, I am a in full-time school. I am usually available all day Wednesdays, Weekends, and after 4pm any other days during the week. Safety and trust are a big priority for me! I think relationship building starts during the meet and greet. This is a great time to not only be introduced to your pet, but to start becoming accustomed to their environment and routine. I love to learn about what activities the pet likes to engage in as well as their favorite toys. I think it is also important to learn about how your pet interacts with other humans/pets in case there are any external interactions.
About: I’ve been caring for pets for years, from energetic puppies to older dogs who need a gentler touch. I love getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel comfortable, happy, and at home. Even with a full work week, I have lots of open time built into my mornings and evenings, which makes pet care a natural part of my routine. I love starting or ending my day with walks, playtime, or check-ins—it’s something I look forward to. I also have weekend availability :) I focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine. I follow all feeding instructions, stick to walk and potty schedules, and give plenty of playtime and attention. I make sure their space stays clean and calm, and I always keep an eye on their behavior to ensure they’re happy and relaxed.

About: I grew up on a ranch in Arizona surrounded by horses, Labradors, and cats. From a very young age, I developed a deep love and passion for animals and often felt more comfortable with them than with people, especially in my younger years. There have even been several occasions where cats, dogs, and even birds have followed me home. I take pride in my ability to connect with animals, and when I was younger, I even dreamed of becoming a wildlife veterinarian so I could help those in need. Over the years, I’ve worked with puppies and kittens, as well as cared for elderly horses, cats, and dogs through their final days. I recently moved to Augusta for my husband’s job, along with our two cats and dog, and I’m excited to start working with animals again. I’m open to caring for pets of all ages, from the very young to the very old, and everything in between. Currently I have an open schedule and am looking to fill my time bonding with animals and doing volunteer work in the community. I’m free Mon-Sat in the mornings and early evenings. I love taking our dog on walks and going to the dog park to play fetch. He also enjoys playing hide-and-seek lol hiding around corners and popping out is his favorite! I love getting him excited and encouraging those happy zoomies. For our cats, I make sure they get daily enrichment by playing with their toys. One of my cats even loves playing with our dog, and they often play hide-and-seek together💛
