“Dorothy was a life saver with our nervous pup. She was patient and understanding and let our dog get comfortable with her. I really appreciate her good dog sense and great communication. Thank you Dorothy!”

“Sachiho is so communicative and I really trust her with my pup! My apartment was testing fire alarm systems when she happened to be there this week, and my dog was terrified. She reached out to me to let me know what was going on and stayed until the tests were complete. Fantastic person, I'm glad I found her!”

“Nicole was fantastic with my dog! My dog is very skittish with strangers and she was able to get her to open up in just a few short visits! She provided pictures and gave me piece of mind while I was away. Highly recommend ☺️”

About: I took care of my cat for 10 years but he lives at home now with my parents! I have years of experience dog sitting my sisters Huskey/German Shepard mix! She’s a big girl and we love to go running and on walks. My friends always rely on me to walk and feed their animals when they need an extra care. I am available mostly in evenings and weekends, but have some mid day availability depending on the week. Less likely able to do consistent days due to my schedule I will take your animals for walks, feed them, take them outside to the bathroom every couple of hours. I do have stairs in my home so for elderly animals it may be difficult to host in my home
About: I have taken care of my fair share of animals over the past decade: cats, dogs, birds, fish, reptiles, you name it! I myself have 3 cats and understand their body language, needs, and quirks. I also have an iron stomach and nothing pet-wise can phase me. I also have a firm belief in keeping pet owners up to date with photos and texts after every visit. I work a very consistent 9:30-6:30 job with a guaranteed 1 hour break every day. This means I can make consistent visits between 8-9am, 12-1p, and 6:30-10pm each day. Weekends are *usually* free for at least 2 checks a day. My schedule rarely changes and that lets me plan for consistency! With 3 cats, I have long-since memorized what plants and foods are toxic as well as feline CPR and how to recognize signs of distress and pain in cats. I myself aim for daily litter cleanings, consistent feedings, and plenty of active play and love for my cats and any others I'm entrusted with. I have nursed several kittens back to health and have fostered as well. As far as dogs grow- they're the animals I grew up with 4 chihuhuas, a Border Collie, and a variety of loveable mutts through my childhood. I also got my start as a pet sitter walking dogs and doing overnight stays at homes to keep anxious pups company.

About: I have experience caring for dogs through friends, roommates, neighbors, and family. I’ve helped with walking, feeding, playtime, overnight care, and basic routines. I’ve also cared for a senior dog with anxiety, and I know how important calm energy, patience, and consistency are. I love being active, going on walks, and spending quality time with dogs. I’m new to Rover, but I take responsibility seriously, follow instructions carefully, and always treat pets like my own. My goal is to make both pets and owners feel safe, comfortable, and confident. I am a full-time engineer, graduate student, and National Guard service member. I love walking and being active. I am mainly available on weekends and some evenings. Fridays and weekends are my most flexible days, and I plan my bookings around my work schedule so pets always get proper care. I always make sure pets are in a clean, calm, and safe environment. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules and potty breaks. I keep doors secure, remove anything unsafe, and make sure pets are always supervised when needed.
About: I grew up on a ranch in Arizona surrounded by horses, Labradors, and cats. From a very young age, I developed a deep love and passion for animals and often felt more comfortable with them than with people, especially in my younger years. There have even been several occasions where cats, dogs, and even birds have followed me home. I take pride in my ability to connect with animals, and when I was younger, I even dreamed of becoming a wildlife veterinarian so I could help those in need. Over the years, I’ve worked with puppies and kittens, as well as cared for elderly horses, cats, and dogs through their final days. I recently moved to Augusta for my husband’s job, along with our two cats and dog, and I’m excited to start working with animals again. I’m open to caring for pets of all ages, from the very young to the very old, and everything in between. Currently I have an open schedule and am looking to fill my time bonding with animals and doing volunteer work in the community. I’m free Mon-Sat in the mornings and early evenings. I love taking our dog on walks and going to the dog park to play fetch. He also enjoys playing hide-and-seek lol hiding around corners and popping out is his favorite! I love getting him excited and encouraging those happy zoomies. For our cats, I make sure they get daily enrichment by playing with their toys. One of my cats even loves playing with our dog, and they often play hide-and-seek together💛
About: Hello! My name is Caity. I have been around animals my whole life. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in pet care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends, and volunteering over the years. I look forward to welcome and caring for your pets! I am home during the day all week, as well as my husband is home during the nights. I am able to take dogs on a walk/run/hike a minimum of once a day. Your pet will almost never be alone in my home. I have a fenced in back yard that your pet will love and enjoy. I spend a lot of time outside, so your dog will get plenty of outdoor time. I do have a small dog myself that has been around small and larger dogs his whole life. I look forward to welcoming and caring for your pets!
About: Hi! I recently moved to Augusta a few months ago and had to leave my family — and sadly, my dogs — back home. And let me tell you…being the human without a dog is tough! While I’m not quite ready for the full-time responsibility of a pup of my own, I am fully ready to spoil, snuggle, and take great care of yours. Watching your dogs not only gives me some much-needed dog time, but also reminds me of my own pups and how happy they make me. So basically, you get a reliable sitter — and I get free serotonin. Win-win 🐶💛 With years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to large ones, I have been a trusted and reliable pet sitter since middle school. Pet owners consistently rely on me to provide attentive and compassionate care for their beloved pets, ensuring their safety and happiness. My dedication and love for animals have earned me the trust of many satisfied people! :) My weekly schedule isn’t always the same, but the good news is that it’s pretty flexible! If you need help with walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting, I’m happy to work with your schedule and find times that fit best for you and your pup. Just let me know what you need, and I’ll do my best to make it happen! Even though I live in an apartment, there’s a large grassy lawn right outside my unit that’s perfect for playtime, fetch, sniffing adventures, and zoomies. I also love getting outside and exploring Augusta, so your pup will have plenty of safe walks, fresh air, and enrichment time. If I’m caring for your dog in your home, I’m great at adapting quickly to their routine and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. My goal is always to keep your dog happy, safe, and entertained — whether that means playtime, cuddles, or just being a calm and reliable human buddy.
About: I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for my family, friends, and neighbors since I was young. I love animals of all kind and would be honored to spend some time with your four-legged family members! I work from home so I’d be able to spend the whole day with your pets. My work schedule is pretty flexible, giving me time to take walks, let them out to go to the bathroom, or just hang out with them throughout the day. I’ve grown up with bunnies, cats and dogs big and small, so whatever pet you need me to watch I’m confident I’ll be able to take the best care of them!
“Ana is an absolute blessing! She has been walking my dog every week day afternoon for several months now and she has been the best walker he has ever had! She is incredibly kind, dependable, and communicative. She goes above and beyond! My pup loves his toys so she always plays with him in addition to taking him on a long walk and giving him his medicine on time every day! I never worry about my baby when she is with him because I know she will love him like her own!”
