I have been working with all varieties of pets for countless years, giving me the skills to understand your pets needs, wants, and even troubleshoot those difficult times when your pet requires a little more help. I am intuitive and extremely empathetic which helps me better understand your pet and make your pets visit not only comfortable, but a happy experience they will want to return to over and over. Leaving your pet can be a difficult time for any pet parent, so I am here to listen to you and the needs of your pet. I offer the best care possible to assure you that your pets care is my priority. Pets are family with me and my home is their home. I offer an indoor or outdoor environment, whichever you prefer. I have a fenced in area bordering the national forest and backing to Shasta Lake. A pets paradise! Long walks, cozy sofas and beds are just the beginning of pampering your pet! About: My family has always been passionate about giving animals, the best possible life and experience that we possibly could. I have owned multiple dogs of different sizes and cared for multiple kinds of reptiles. I have experience carrying for special needs dogs as two of our dogs needed extensive medical care and medication administered multiple times of day as they near the end of their lives. I consider myself to be very calm and respectful of people’s fur babies and home. I’m currently working part time, just 10 hours a week and I spend most of my time when I’m not working doing schoolwork. I’m a local college student and avid pet lover, so should you choose to have me in your house? I’ll spend most of my time caring for your pets and reading my textbooks. I’m a quick learner and can follow any instructions you set for me. I have experience administering medications to dogs as my previous dog required multiple bouts of different medication throughout the day during the end of her life. I also have experience with reptiles and heating requirements and general feeding schedules.

“We have trusted Shannon in the past, and she just helped us out again. Shannon kept us informed about our dogs daily, and did more than we could have asked. Our dogs are St. Berdoodles, one two year old and a very active and strong willed eight month old. Shannon had her hands full with the puppy and spent time playing with him to burn off some energy. We were gone for eleven days and could relax on our vacation knowing our furry family was in great hands. Also along with the daily update Shannon always includes pictures which was nice to see when we had internet.”
