About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life. I’ve been around bigger dogs like Newfoundlands, and smaller dogs like Chihuahuas. I can administer medication orally or through an injection, and can handle baths and nail trimmings with ease. I strongly encourage active playtime with your dogs, and will always say YES to an extra walk or some cuddles! I have two dogs myself, named Ginger and Sadie. Ginger is a Doberman and she’s extremely high energy (sometimes a bit anxious!) so I can definitely handle a high energy dog. Sadie, my rottweiler, is a tad more aggressive with playtime and meeting new people, so I also know how to move around a dog that doesn’t really know who I am or need some extra caution and support. Potty training, nail trimming, baths, walks, feeding times, I can do it all! I’m currently working part time as a Nanny, and I have more than enough time throughout my week! I have dogs and cats myself so it would feel just like my normal routine! Walking dogs at night or scooping cat litter in the morning is definitely something I can handle, even stopping by during the day to check in on your sweet fur babies! We have a big backyard for dogs to run around in, and a separate side gate that can be closed off to allow your dog to safely enjoy being outside without having to come in contact with someone else’s dog! At my house I’ll usually let my dog Ginger run around for a bit and Sadie likes to go in the side gate to lay down to avoid being antagonized by Ginger. With my cats at home, they each have a bed and a little house to hide in, along with a big cat tower to climb on and multiple other toys and structures for stimulation and playtime. I have kennels and crates for cats that need to stay overnight at my house, and have an extra bedroom they could stay in. I have portable water and food bowls for any dogs and cats I take on trips, as well as enough kennels and travel kennels to accommodate.

About: Hi, I’m Erica—an all-animal person (except spiders, sorry arachnid lovers!) with a heart for rescues and a home full of love. I’ve been caring for pets my whole life, from fostering around the world to helping raise and train countless puppies and kittens. For the past three years on Rover, I’ve provided a safe, cozy space where pets can relax, play, and feel at home. Boarding is my specialty, offering a peaceful country retreat where pets can enjoy plenty of love, attention, and room to unwind. I also offer drop-in visits and walks for pets who prefer to stay in their own space but still need care, company, and exercise. I’ve spent lots of time with professional trainers and am always learning new ways to keep pets happy, well-behaved, and thriving. Whether your pet needs a relaxing getaway, a midday walk, or a check-in while you’re away, they’ll be in great hands. I welcome friendly pets who enjoy a relaxed and loving space. Let’s make their stay a great one! I work remotely as a writer and have a flexible schedule. At home, I have a cat, Gremlin, and two friendly dogs, Bambi and Buddy. This setup allows me to provide plenty of attention and care to the pets I board or visit. I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality—whether they’re laid-back loungers or always on the move! I’m happy to care for pets of all ages and activity levels, whether in their own home or mine, depending on what suits them best. My home offers a safe, comfortable environment with two fenced-in yards and plenty of space to run, play, or just relax by the lake.

About: I give every pet the constant attention it needs, always being patient, loving and enthusiastic. I enjoy walking and playing with animals helping them feel safe, happy, and loved. I am on summer break and am looking for some extra work to pick up. I am available and pet sitting easily fits into my routine daily and weekly. I offer in-home care, to help your pets feel safe and stress-free. I will treat your home with the same respect as I do your pets.

About: I have loved taking care of animals since I was able to walk! I have worked with many different animals including cats, dogs, horses and small animals. Since I was 12 I have been volunteering and working with many different shelters. At the age of 15 I adopted my first dog and trained her to be my diabetic alert dog, which took 2 years to complete! Along with my 8 year old mini Aussie I also have a 1 year old pitbull boxer mix and a cat that I love dearly! I have done work in vet clinics as a kennel technician and vet assistant. Currently I work at austin pets alive as a neonatal nursery technician. I am even in collage right now getting my degree in animal science as pre-vet. If you can’t tell I love animals and I would love to help you take care of your babies! I’m currently working part time so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your pups! I am available all days of the week! :) My animals are my life! Animals are our best friends and they should be treated like one of the family. I believe in a balance of love, feeding, and exercise to fully care for our babies!

“Kristen did such an amazing job caring for our dogs while we were away. Our plans changed slightly and she was very accommodating and responsive to help however needed, which we appreciated so much. Will use her anytime we can and highly recommend, thank you!”

About: I have had animals all my life. I’ve owned just about every pet and farm animal except a snake! I love the indoor house pets, but where it gets fun for me is on the ranch. I can groom, work, pick hoofs, ride, muck, etc in order to keep your ranch running without missing a beat. No matter the animal, I provide safety, love, routine and care. I’m a mom to 4, but all of my kids are in school. I also share custody, so the drop off and pick up times for my 2 legged loves are every other week. Other than that, I am open. As most animal lovers, I have my own furry friends. I prefer to not have your animals in my home unless it’s a good fit. For instance, I have a puppy who is not fixed yet and I’m not looking for an “oops”! I can stay over nights on the weeks that I don’t have my children (every other week).

About: I experience in multiple types of animals. I live in a small ranch so I know how to handle goats, donkeys. I own multiple reptiles, dogs, cats. I'm good with different types of dogs. I don't work so I have lot of availability to play with the animals. I'm available any time of the day. I'm a nutritionist so that helps I have a fenced in yard, my dogs loves meeting other animals and people they still a pups themselves so this be a good experience for them. I can create if needed.

About: My name is Sonya I’m married to my husband (Kim) and we have two wonderful boys. We are animal lovers! This opportunity to walk dogs and board them is amazing and I’m super excited to dog sit. I’m active I walk in the morning and afternoon witch I would not mind taking a dog along with me on my walks...why not get paid to do what I love! I am an animal lover since I can remember always caring for strays and wanting to help them. I would care for your dog with the most high quality of care. I stay home and will be available to give my full attention to your dog. I hope you consider my home as a second home for your baby!

About: What sets me apart is the level of care, experience, and heart that my entire family puts into every pet we look after. We’ve fostered and rescued animals for years, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all backgrounds — from playful puppies to shy, anxious rescues, and even senior pets who need a gentler touch or regular medication. This work isn’t just mine — it’s something my husband, children, and I do as a family. We provide a calm, loving environment and treat every animal like our own. Whether it's overnight stays, drop-in visits, or dog walks, I bring reliability, patience, and genuine compassion to each visit. I also have experience helping with farm animals, so I’m used to a wide range of care responsibilities. With a flexible schedule and a calm, steady energy, I’m here to make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for — and to give you peace of mind while you're away. Pet care is a natural part of our family’s daily life. With a flexible schedule and a shared love for animals, my husband, kids, and I work together to make sure every pet gets the attention and care they deserve. We plan our days around our visits, walks, and overnight stays, and we treat each pet like they’re part of our extended family. Because we've fostered and rescued animals for years, caring for pets isn’t just something we do — it’s something we genuinely love. Whether it’s early morning drop-ins or evening walks, pet care fits seamlessly into our routine, and we’re always ready to adjust to meet each animal’s unique needs. I currently provide care in my clients' homes, which helps pets stay in their own comfortable and familiar environment. Whether I’m staying overnight, dropping in for a visit, or taking them on a walk, I focus on making each pet feel safe, loved, and relaxed while their family is away. For overnight stays, I follow the pet’s usual routine as closely as possible — from feeding times and walks to bedtime habits and medications. I’m respectful of your space, keep things tidy, and provide regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. For drop-ins and walks, I make sure your pet gets attention, exercise, and care tailored to their energy level and personality. I’m calm, patient, and experienced with rescues, seniors, and pets who may need a little extra reassurance. Above all, I care for your pet the way I’d want someone to care for mine — with love, responsibility, and respect.

Sonya W.
“Mrs. Sonya Wadman has been my go to dog sitter for the last two years. She has taken care of my dog while I was out of town and I have found her to be a loving and caring dog sitter. I have had no problems in leaving my dog in her care and know that my dog was being properly treated and cared for, as if My dog was part of her family. She cares and feeds the dog and when I have returned to pick up my dog, My dog seems to not want to leave the Wadman home as she has been accustomed to being treated with kindness and love, so I know that My dog is in good hands while I am away and I would have no problem in recommending Mrs Sonya Wadman to anyone as a dog sitter.”

Jessica B.
“Jessica watched my dog for a few days back when she lived in Texas and gave him constant attention and activity while keeping me updated with frequent pictures. My dog also is very hyper and I'm so happy that she was able to accommodate for him! I would definitely have Jessica my dog again”
