I cared for her through nearly four years of treatment, managing medications, hydration, appetite, weight, and daily routines until she passed away just shy of her 16th birthday. I also have experience caring for a Yorkshire Terrier and understand the unique needs of toy breeds, including their size, energy, and safety considerations. Several family members and friends have larger dogs that I take on walks and care for when they're away. I follow instructions carefully, communicate proactively, and believe pet owners deserve regular updates and photos so they can enjoy their time away with confidence. My goal is always to care for your pets the way I would want someone to care for my own. Pet sitting fits well into my schedule, allowing me to provide reliable, attentive care while maintaining flexibility. I currently offer overnight house sitting, typically from approximately 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., when many pets appreciate the comfort of having someone with them overnight. During the day, I may have other work or personal commitments depending on the booking, but I always communicate my schedule in advance so expectations are clear. I strive to keep pets on their normal routines for meals, potty breaks, playtime, medications, and companionship while respecting the schedule that works best for each household. I understand how important consistency is for animals, especially seniors or pets with medical needs, and I do my best to minimize disruptions to their daily routine. I am able to pick up your animal and drop them off for an additional fee ($10 / day). When caring for pets in a client's home, my priority is maintaining the environment and routines they already know. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, medications, walks, exercise, household rules, and any special care your pet requires. I take time to build trust with each animal, allowing shy or anxious pets to become comfortable at their own pace. Safety is extremely important to me. I pay close attention during walks, keep doors and gates secure, monitor pets for changes in behavior or health, and never hesitate to contact an owner if I have a question or concern. I also treat every home with the same respect I would expect someone to show mine, keeping it clean, secure, and well cared for during your absence. Communication is a key part of my service. You can expect regular updates and photos so you know how your pets are doing and can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: Being a certified veterinary technician for 17 years has given me a multitude of experience both medically and behaviorally with animals. I have worked in clinic settings and home settings with animals. I have always had pets in my own home and helped friends and family members with their pets. I can assist with pets with special needs, elderly pets, and young pets due to my vast medical knowledge. I can also help with exercising, basic training, bathing, nail trims, and other basic grooming. I am currently a stay at home mom, so outside of school drop off and pick up, plus some after school activities during the week and some weekends, my schedule is pretty open for bookings. I can be flexible as needed and can schedule on a case by case basis. I am currently only offering to come to your home to do cares. My personal pets are special needs and cannot mix with other animals, so for the safety of your pets and mine, I cannot welcome pets into my home. When I come to your home, I will respect any requests, rules, wishes you have for me to complete or follow when I am there to take care of your pets.

“This was my very first experience using a pet-sitting service. I chose Estefanny because of her very high ratings and she did not disappoint. My ancient kitty Larry doesn't do well staying by himself anymore. Estefanny not only assured that he had regular meals, water, and meds, but she also stayed with him at night so he wasn't lonely. Larry clearly loved her. She sent an update and photos every day, many of which showed him on her lap or in the spare bed, so he was obviously comfortable sleeping with her. To be honest, I expected her to be great with Larry. What I didn't expect was, after 5 nights sleeping at my house, I couldn't even tell she had been there. The place was exactly as I had left it - I swear she packed out her own garbage! Estefanny clearly cares for pets and is pleasant, reliable, and responsive. The highest recommendation I can give her is that I'm headed out of town again next month and I've already booked Estefanny to take care of Larry. The whole experience was just terrific!”
