About: Fostering puppies, horses, and birds was a family job growing up. I have experience in taking care of sick, recovering, and aging dogs. Both my dogs currently are 11 years old, so I know how stressful it can be trying to find care for them. They require more frequent restroom visits, focused care on comfort, and overall more time and attention. I can help with that! I've trained both dogs, have experience with training puppies, and can manage high or low energy animals. I'm currently in college full-time. Most of my days are spent studying on campus, which means I have a need for some fur therapy! I'll gladly walk, feed, and play with your pets as much as needed. Non-verbal cues are essential to building trust with animals. I do my best to pay attention to how my own pups communicate through head position, tail, eye, and mouth movement, as well as general body language. I'm a stranger to your pup, so I'll be sure to act carefully until they're comfortable with me. I know how important a routine is-my pups are getting older, and the more they age, the more they want to stick to a schedule! I hope to know more about how you take care of them, what their day looks like, and will do my best to replicate so the transition isnt rough!

About: I have 2 Yorkshire Terriers, Dash who is 10 and Chevy who is 6 months. Dash has diabetes and requires insulin as well as oral medication and I am comfortable giving both. I also frequently take care of a friend’s senior Goldendoodle. I’ve house sat for up to a month at a time before which I am okay doing. I have more experience with dogs but I’d love to take care of your cats as well! I am currently finishing my last few pre-requisites for nursing school and most of my classes are online so I’m at home/available often. I do take care of my puppy when I’m home but I live with my family who takes care of him as well. I’d love to fit your pets into my schedule! If your pet comes to my home I do have a fully fenced front and back lawn. As well as a great neighborhood for going on walks. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
