About: We've included pre-loved dogs in our family since I was in elementary school. Since then, I've bonded with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and it's been fun getting to know everyone's unique personalities. I have a particular passion for senior pets, and am comfortable addressing such needs as injury/arthritis care, medications, and incontinence. I am certified in Cat and Dog First Aid/CPR through the American Red Cross. I currently live in an apartment, and would need to come to your home for pet care duties. I'm happy to accommodate basic housekeeping and other chores such as gathering mail or running other errands in the booking (additional rate may apply.) I work during the day, and am therefore not able to provide constant care (24/7 supervision) during the work week. I am open to discussing constant care in your home for a Saturday and/or Sunday booking; however, please know that due to the increased amount of planning and preparation this entails, I will likely not be able to accept a short-notice constant care request, and the service rate will be higher depending on the level of care/supervision needed. Thank you for understanding. 🙂 If you live outside the La Grande/Island City area, there will be an additional flat fee added to the total cost of the stay to cover fuel expenses. I will follow any specific instructions you provide regarding crating/confining your pet during "away" time. If you have a fenced yard, I'm always down for a game of fetch with your best buddy!

About: I have had dogs and other pets since I was 3 years old. My first dog was a Rottweiler and I currently have collies with several different breeds in between. I have always had at least 2 pets in my home at any time in my life currently 5. Ranging from dogs/cats, to hamsters, lizards, and fish. I really enjoy all types of animals, both domesticated and in the wild. Some of the best “people” I’ve met are dogs ;) You are able to learn so much from watching your animals, especially compassion. I will take care of your pets like they are part of the family. Make sure they are “properly” fed, loved and walked while they are in my care. I think it’s very important to our pets that they are given attention while their parents are gone so they don’t get lonely. Any special requests or questions, please ask. Than you!!! I am currently working part time with a flexible schedule. I am happy to help take care of your pets when YOU need it on your schedule. I believe the first step to caring for pets is compassion and not for a better word love… I think dogs are amazing and we should try and understand them along with how and why they do things. I spend time every day petting and giving them attention.

About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and cared for dogs on my own for the past 10 years. I’ve had mainly border collies or a mixed breed. My fiancé and I currently own a border mix and German Shepard mix. My German has Addisons disease and I’ve learned skills caring for a more medically complex dog. I have experience with oral and injectable medications. I’ve also invested months into training my border mix Roo who is trained with an e-collar and loves it! I have multiple friends and family that have trusted me with their dogs care while they go to work or for vacations. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and many breeds including German Shepard, Labrador, Corgi, Chihuahua, and Herding breeds. I am active and would love a walk, hike, or running buddy depending on your pets needs. If you’d like them to socialize I’d be happy to help by bringing one of mine along for a meet and greet. I’m currently working a stay at home mom who works from home very part-time, so I’ll be home Fridays to Mondays for drop in visits and walks. If you need a weekday I’m not usually available please let me know and I may be able to accommodate depending on the week. I’m very detail oriented, and happy to accommodate to your pet and home needs. I pride myself on keeping my home tidy even with 3 dogs at home. I would always treat your pets and home like my own!

About: Hi! I’ve grown up with multiple dogs and cats in my life. I take the time to research each individual animal to make sure the animal is receiving the proper care they deserve. I absolutely love LOVE animals and hope to have more of my own soon. I have a tabby cat named Artemis who is very very good with any animal that is willing to play with him as well. I recently just rescued another tortoiseshell tabby cat named Frieda who is sassy but very sweet. My husband and I have also foster four kittens a few summers ago and ended up raising to most loving group of kittens. We also ended up with another rescue kitten this last July. She was a stray hiding in our bushes. We welcomed her into our home, gave her lots of love and care and found her a sweet forever home. We had so much fun and have so much love to give. I’m currently not working at the moment so I have a lot of free time. My routine varies from day to day but at the moment I’m studying for grad school and can make any time work. I am currently renting a house that is semi fenced. My house is one floor with window AC units! I’m a very clean very and keep my area very clean. I will definitely respect your space and make sure to treat it how I’d want my home treated.

About: I've taken care of and have walked dogs my entire life. My family has always had 1-3 dogs in the house, and I have always taken them on walks/runs through Sandy Springs Park. I love to run so I would be more than happy to run your dogs if that is what best gets their energy out :) I also go for long walks so I can walk them anywhere between 1-8 miles per walk. I currently have a very flexible work schedule so I can walk most mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I have more availability on weekends, but availability shouldn't be a problem on weekdays. I used to volunteer at the animal shelter in my hometown and have been a pet sitter since middle school so I have walked lots of different sized dogs in my experience. I have walked/ran many dogs with no issue :)

About: I was born and raised on a farm and have been around cattle, horses, dogs my whole life. I know how to take care of animals and as well take care of any extra needs they may need like wound care. I have watched dogs for a professional MLB player back in my hometown and my boyfriend that I live with has worked at a kennel for three years! I am a college athlete so I have practice that are two hours long but my boy friend is home then! Your animal will always be in good hands:) I have 3 dogs at home back in WA and they are my babies. They are very spoiled and are loved every day. Food, bathing, clean water and exercise are all important.

About: I got my first cat at age seven and haven't looked back! My family has five dogs of many sizes and temperaments. Professionally, I worked in the past at a dog daycare and boarding facility. I am a full time college student. Weekends are the most available and evenings. I do have a little bit of time in the mornings and afternoons. I have a fenced in back yard with plenty of space to run around and play. I have two siblings who would also love to play with your fur babies!

About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals/pets. I can clean litter boxes and pick up poo with the best of them. I love to go on walks and scratches and pets are my favorite. I drive school bus, so I have a lot of time on my hands during the day. I take the summer off and should have lots of free time. I have a dog door and a fenced yard. I have 8 chickens and 3 cats and 2 rats and 1 doghtor. We are animal friendly. The cats will stay mostly hidden but one will come out and visit.
