Sydney was a great pet sitter and very easy to work with, and can tell she really loves pets ☺️. She gave us regular updates, photos, and videos. She was very easy to reach if we had any questions. I booked Kalani at the last minute for a two weeks and this included 4th of July. I was grateful that she was willing to watch my dog on such short notice. I have a large English bulldog and he has to be kept inside during hot temperatures. During the two weeks Kalani did send me 80+ pictures of Thor which I appreciated. I did however have an issue when I arrived home to find that my dog had 2 puncture wounds. I reached out to Kalani and she explained that my dog had an exchange with a neighborhood dog. I understand that dogs fight however I was a little upset that I was not informed until I asked and sent pictures of the wounds I found. As a pet owner I made a mistake by not writing down the do's and dont's for Thor. I will take partial blame for any miscommunication and I hope Kalani will learn from the situation that happened. I gave 4 stars because at the end of the end of the day my dog was feed, housed and kept alive. I believe she cares for pets and I believe in second chances.
