About: I’ve taken care of many animals. Owner of Saint Bernard’s and had horse’s. Assisted with nail trimming and light grooming. Our family has rescued many pets. I do work a FT job. But with the love of having pet myself it sometimes it can be hard to get home after a long day or running late I am here to help as much as possible I will perfect your pets as if they would be my own fur babies. Most recently my dogs have entered senior status so I have lots of experience providing the care they need, but I am experienced with caring for puppies and adolescent animals as well. I make sure doors and windows are secured, remove any potential hazards, and provide plenty of space for pets to relax and feel at home. I’m very attentive during walks and outings and always use leashes, unless otherwise instructed. About: I've taken care of a variety of dogs since I was very young. I grew up with labs and I am very comfortable with all sizes of dogs. I took care of my yellow lab/retriever mix, Blue, for so many years; taking her on long walks, giving her baths, making sure she got along with our neighbor dogs. I also helped out taking care of my neighbor dogs from time to time. After my dog died at the age of 15, my family didn't think we would get another dog. 7 years ago, we got a new puppy, his name is Brooks, and he is a yellow lab. He is very different than our old dog. He has lots of energy, he has ran away a couple times but always came back or we found him, and we lived on 2 acres of land so that helped. He is our first inside dog, so he loves cuddles, treats, sleeping, playing catch and sneaking downstairs where he is not supposed to be. I have lots of experience with dogs and I appreciate and love them very much! I am currently working at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, so I have the summer off. This summer I also work part-time at Festival. During the school year, I have Fridays off and I am done by 5:30pm the other days. On Mondays and Wednesdays I have slower mornings. I can help out throughout the day and on weekends. I live in an apartment building but there is an area with lots of grass and next to the building and around the area. My building doesn’t allow pets so I am not able to house pets at my place, but I can always talk to my landlord.
About: I have been around dogs since I can remember, and absolutely adore them. I have a big baby of a German shepherd and two cats at home! This summer I am hoping to walk a dog 2-3 times a week during my lunch breaks! I work in La Crosse, I would walk the dog for about 30min if not longer if need be. About: I’ve gotten a lot of practice in dog sitting with 2 different roommates I lived with who had dogs, whether it only be an overnight of caring for them or an entire trip’s worth time. And I really bonded with both dogs! I just love animals in general too and am looking forward to caring for more furry friends now that I don’t live with one anymore! Over the summer I work one part time job so I should have availability for visiting them either morning or evening or both. Sometimes I will have daytime availability as well. I enjoy a semi active lifestyle, so I would be very open to getting outdoors with your pet too! During the school year I work 2 jobs, so my flexibility may be a little more limited come fall, but I should still have some availability. Happy to try to work things out with scheduling! When I have lived with pets, I do like to provide them with lots of love and make sure I can balance my schedule to at least spend a little time with them each day. About: I have a large extended family and I have been everybody's go to pet sitter since I was in highschool. I especially fell in love with animal care when I stayed with my aunt's elderly cat for 4 months. He had such personality and required special medicine. I often took care of my employer's dog and bunny when she was out of town. More recently I have begun to watch friends dogs and cats or run to their homes for emergency potty breaks when they've gotten stuck at work. My schedule is limited because I work in retail full time. My schedule is not the same every day. I typically work 9 to 5:30, but some days may deviate. If your animal is unable to be left alone for at least 4 hours at a time, I may not be the best fit for you. I am unable to provide care in my home as I live in a small apartment. I can take care of all your pets needs in your home and am happy to follow any directions and special requests.
