Most recently my dogs have entered senior status so I have lots of experience providing the care they need, but I am experienced with caring for puppies and adolescent animals as well. About: I have a large extended family and I have been everybody's go to pet sitter since I was in highschool. I especially fell in love with animal care when I stayed with my aunt's elderly cat for 4 months. He had such personality and required special medicine. I often took care of my employer's dog and bunny when she was out of town. More recently I have begun to watch friends dogs and cats or run to their homes for emergency potty breaks when they've gotten stuck at work. My schedule is limited because I work in retail full time. My schedule is not the same every day. I typically work 9 to 5:30, but some days may deviate. If your animal is unable to be left alone for at least 4 hours at a time, I may not be the best fit for you. I am unable to provide care in my home as I live in a small apartment. I can take care of all your pets needs in your home and am happy to follow any directions and special requests.

Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. About: Growing up with a variety of animals really gave me the compassion and love I have for animals now. Also, it gave me the skill I need to be able to take care of and provide for the different species of animals there are out there. Mostly, it was dogs and cats but I do have experience in caring for hamsters and bunnies. I love to go walking/hiking just to be outside and getting fresh air so i have no problem going on walks. About: Until college, I had never lived in a home without a dog. And from a young age, I was taught everything I need to know about caring for them. Between my parents, we currently have five dogs, a cat, and four guinea pigs. My siblings and I have been working hard for years to care for our fur-babies, and I can’t wait to meet yours! I have work every weekday from 8am to 5pm, so I can’t work on weekdays, but I am completely free on weekends to care for your pup! During weekdays, my schedule limits my communication, which is why I offer same day booking and cancellation for the weekends! I can’t imagine a better way to spend my Saturday and Sunday! Back home, I care for all five dogs differently, based on their breed and personality. About: Empty nester, retired, and happy to share my home with your pup. We had a wonderful pup for 17.5 years and sadly he passed over the rainbow bridge about three years ago. I know how important it is to have a good home for your pet when you are out of town. I’d be happy to give lots of walks, belly rubs and love! I have a fenced yard but prefer to walk dogs for potty breaks. Experienced with senior pups. I am an early retiree and have remained active, however, have the time to care for a dog. I take walks regularly twice a day so it’s easy to fit dog walking in my routine I have a fenced yard and a large home. About: While living in Seattle I worked for Rover doing dog boarding in my own home, at times with up to five dogs at a time. Currently I am not available to do dog boarding in my own home however I would love to take your fur babies on a walk Only able to service the city limits of La Crosse, Onalaska, and La Cresent I would be more than happy to watch your animals at your home. I do my best to respect your family and your belongings while I am in your home.

“Erica K. was a wonderful choice for boarding Lydia, a terrier mix, over a long weekend. She was kind and patient, and really took the time to get to know our dog and family. She was willing to both pickup and dropoff, which made the whole process so much easier for our vacation. Erica sent frequent pictures and videos and kept us updated to our dog's situation. She was also open about how her pet sitting style was approached in her home and property. In addition, it was quite apparent that the dogs they sat would have plenty of outside exercise, love and attention, as well as freedom to be a dog. Lydia loved romping around in the snow, lying in front of their fire place, and interacting with their dogs. We also learned that our dog is pretty corteous to cats, but very interested. Their four acres of land and stream are a definite amenity to an active dog's lifestyle. Not only do I highly recommend her services, but I will also be a returning customer to both Rover and her pet care. ~DR”
