Experienced Cat Caregiver
All around animal lover!!! I have spent many years volunteering at local animal rescue(s) primarily focused on cats. I've cleaned cages, scooped litter boxes, fed, brushed, and played with a variety of cats while getting to know their personalities! Working at the shelters has given me experience in handling all types of temperaments. I'm also experienced in administering topical and oral medication as well as SubQ injections (such as insulin). I have fostered cats and have two cats of my own. My current volunteer job is at a wild life rehabilitation center where I continue to learn so much about our area's wildlife. I am a get down on the floor with my pets kind of pet parent and I'll do the same with your pets. Caring for your pets and providing them love and comfort while you are away is my priority. Reading their body language and following their queues is of the upmost importance in a happy relationship between the sitter and the pet. My goal is to provide you ease of mind while you are away and I promise to send photos and updates with every visit letting you know how your pets are doing. This was my first time using Rover. Laura stopped by for a meet and greet of my cats, and explained how the app works. One of my cats is on twice daily meds. Laura made sure she got her doses as well as lots of snuggles, pets, brushes, and attention to both cats. I loved the updates and photos. Very pleased with Rover and Laura. I will definitely use her again.

Service Area: I primarily service the North La Crosse, Lacrecent Onalaska, Holmen areas and possibly West Salem depending on day/time. AVAILABILITY: Weekday availability is mornings & evenings. Weekend availability is most anytime.
