I was visiting the area and TWO sitters cancelled (one cancelled the week before and the second cancelled the morning of scheduled drop off). MacKenzie (I am not sure why she didn't come up on my initial search) was so amazing in this stressful time and with our last minute request. During Moose's stay, she sent pictures and kept me updates on how he was doing. That communication was so comforting and appreciated. I definitely recommend MacKenzie!”

“Alicia was responsive and took great care of Harry while we were away. He came home happy and tired, which is a nice combo. :) It was nice to know he was in a house with other pets and kiddos to play with.”

About: I have been a pet lover for many years! I enjoy helping out, taking them for walks benefits both of us! Emotional care and play are just as important. I currently work full time from home. I enjoy sitting outside and working in the garden, incorporating play time into our outdoor time is always a must. I have a large unfenced yard, with 3 fur friends of my own to play and show boundaries! I am good at implementing rules or training goals you have for your pet!

About: I've always had pets growing up. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, one female and one male. The female is 40 lbs and the male is 10lbs. I currently work a full time job so I'm only available on nights and boarding on weekends. But I'm usually always home when I'm not working. I have outdoor tie ups so your dogs can still get exercise. I will be fencing in part of the yard eventually. The 2 dogs I have are high energy and will play with any animal. I do have crates if they need to be crated.

“Aly was amazing with my 1 year old dog. It was the first time I left him with a sitter and traveled since getting him and I felt so comfortable during my trip knowing he was safe and happy. He was very active, going on walks and playing and he had so much fun with her dog. She kept me updated with pics and it looked like he was having the time of his life! He came back to me exhausted and happy, I couldn’t ask for a smoother experience with a dog sitter. I highly recommend Aly to anyone considering booking her!”

About: We have been pet sitting for friends and colleagues for 2 years so thought why not join Rover and do more! Our clients love my family and we love their pets so it makes perfect sense. I have 4 kids, a small dog and two cats and my small pets just hide if a visiting pet is too much for them otherwise they don't get bothered or bother anyone else, human or pet! I work from home and I have 4 kids who love cats and dogs and love to help out with the dogs that we already provide services for. We are trusted with hideaway keys to homes to let dogs out and we run them in fenced in yards to burn energy. Then we make sure they have food and water and kennel them if applicable before we leave. In our house, visiting pets are watched over by all members of the family. Sometimes we buy them their own special toy to play with. We make sure they eat and get any meds they might need.

“My dog warmed up to Autumn right away, and Autumn excitedly welcomed her into her home. She took her on long walks even when the weather was not very nice. She kept in contact with me throughout the day to keep me posted on how my dog was doing. They became good buddies.”

“Ali was so great with our dog! She was flexible and easy to work with and made sure she knew a lot about our dog’s routines before our trip. We loved knowing he was being well taken care of while we were gone! We would highly recommend her and plan to check with her again the next time we’re gone! You and your pets will love her too!”

“Our 2 year old border collie had a great time with Megan! He is very energetic and gets nervous but she was patient with him and took great care of him for three days. We have already booked her for our next time away from home and look forward to working with Megan in the future.”
